The price and you didn't have to pay for parking

Nothing I was charged 2 times and was told it was taken care of and it never was. Now my bank account is in overdraft because the hotel is charging me again and I am no longer there

The location was convenient to our purpose for visiting. The bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast was cold, noisy hallway, the floor had trash on it when we entered, the parking was far from the entrance.

Great bar and restaurant service. Also airport shuttle very fast. I was disappointed with the hygiene standards. The room was quite dusty and the carpet was stained and dirty. I expected much better for the price. Guest services staff unprofessional.

The quiet and clean location was nice. The pool was not in use and the breakfast that was supposed to be hot was cold.

The location is very cozy The property advertises jacuzzi, even in the pictures of the hotel, but there’s no jacuzzi And my room had “breakfast included” but after we were done eating breakfast they told me breakfast wasn’t included and I had to pay for it
