Tuscany Suites & Casino

This was a nice hotel with a fun, small casino and a beautiful pool. Unfortunately we forgot something in the room and when we returned to retrieve it, the staff was awful and did not try to help. The staff clearly did not know or communicate the protocol on retrieving left items, it was an unfortunate end to a really great trip. Someone should have stepped up to really help us, instead it just translated to laziness and the inability to problem-solve when an unusual issue occurs. I realize you can’t return to a room you’ve already checked out of, but there needs to be a way to help out when something like this occurs.

Large suite for price of small room. Excellent food specials like 10pm Steak, eggs and potatoes for $8.99, srimp cocktails for $3.99 in casino etc.. Rooms clean and quiet and one block from Strip. Easy to ask for cab and short ride to most other venues on main strip. Will stay here if ever go to Vegas again. Pool looked inviting but did not use it. All areas seemed to be well kept up. Staff was great. Help with cabs, how to get to other places, etc..

We love Tuscany Inn and Suites… great food and prices… fun casino,,, pool was lovely. Rooms were well maintained although we were forgotten one day. Love the space.

Nice big rooms with couches and lounge chairs. Only 3 stories so you don’t wait long for elevators. Free close parking to your room. Several entertainment acts every night in the hotel. Hotel restaurants had huge tasty portions, so we shared plates. Friendly easy speaking helpful staff.

Location was great and close to the Vegas strip. Room was big and very clean. I would definitely stay again. Enjoyed the casino and restaurant’s they had as well.

The property is nice and clean. Close enough to the strip but off the beaten path. Casino is small but nice enough. The pub restaurant and staff are amazing. Breakfast at Marylins was great and the staff was amazing

Beautiful hotel and casino. Very spread out with only 3 stories instead of the typical Vegas hotel. Grounds were nicely landscaped with trees, shrubs, and flowers everywhere. On-site parking and 2 pools. 1 pool is the party pool with DJ, bar service and cabanas. Nice gym and spa. 4 restaurants!! Maid staff was excellent. Easy walk to the Sphere and the strip. Will definitely stay there again.

Could use a microwave.

Outdoor pool was excellent, clean and well maintained, pub and cafe service was good and chicken wings were excellent

The Tuscany was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in Vegas. It was clean, neat, updated and overall the best. The restaurants were great, the food was good and the prices were very reasonable. A full breakfast was under $15, where other places you would spend $20 on some yogurt and a danish. The drinks were great and the beer selection was very good. The room was a large suite with a comfortable kingsize bed, a table and chairs, a small living room with couches and chairs, a frig, sink and cupboards. The people were extremely nice and helpful. I called my wife and told her “We have found where we are staying the next time we come to Vegas".

Besides the fact that this hotel is older in the grand scheme of things in Vagas it is still my go to. Big rooms, easy to get in and out of whether you drove or hired a car. There is a lap pool for those who wish to exercise without kids around. The family pool is spacious and nice if only drinking and soaking. Pub 365 severs food late and it is quite good and very dependable.........The beer choices are terrific. The downside is it is a long walk to go around the smoking casino...........Not a long stroll but worth it if you do not wish the smell.........
