Great staying there

They did their best, and provided excellent service, for instance because they were doing construction I didn’t have any hot water in our room, so I told them and they changed our room to a newly renovated one that was really nice of them. So to me that goes a long way towards me returning to them again with my family.great job guys!!!

Microwave and fridge missing but I get it. Other than that it was very nice

They're doing a lot of construction on a lot of the floors right now. A lot of noise and water usuage goes out during the hours of 10am to 3pm. Also the power went out in my room for a period of time as well.

The parking is free and very convenient. THE room is clean but the ice maker is not on every floor and there is no coffee maker in the room.

Checking in took more time than usual because they are using kiosks, which weren't very user friendly for many of us in line. There was an attendant helping those of us who were having problems. We opted for the updated room and it was comfortable and clean. Had 2 meals at the Bailiwick that were very good! Overall a great trip!

Not far from the main strip, can feel a little dated, but perfectly adequate for our stay. Free car park if staying which driving to was ideal. The registration staff were super helpful. Can not knock it, cheap and cheerful.

Water wasn't working in my room. It was supposed to be back on at 8AM. Left my room for the day at 11AM and still wasn't working.

Room was clean and a great value

Love staying here when there is a concert. My favorite restaurant is a must at the Bailiwick. Rooms are always clean. Casino always gives us good winning.

Had booked for 2 beds and upon arrival was told they were sold out and could only offer a king bed and a roll out. I was traveling with others and the expectation was 2 beds for our stay, not a roll out. They could not accommodate and didn’t offer any compensation or to accommodate for a new room the following day. The rooms are musty, outdated and felt unclean. There were no notable amenities that usually come included in a hotel stay. We were there for 3-4 nights and the room was not serviced once. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Cafe only good thing to say. If you like a jack hammer operating above your head, it is great. Its shame full they are placing people in rooms while drilling and jack hammering going on until 6:30pm, starting at 8:00am in the next room or the room above your head. 1 vistor told me she had to change rooms because she had no water. Never again, I usually stay at the the Orleans, but never again.

Good hotel and casino

One night there was no running water till 6am. We were not told this as we checked in. They said there was notice on the door and it wasn’t there so someone forgot to let us know. No free fridge and no coffee maker in the room we stayed. Had to pay for fridge. Stayed three nights. Also construction was going on around 8am close to our room. But not a bad hotel.

They r under construction but we had no issues at all. We got 2 rooms. They were the updated ones. They r clean and more spacious.
