Beautiful property, gorgeous rooms! The only frustration was trying to plan some things that no one got back to us weeks before our stay. But overall loved it!

Amazing place. good custumer service, very clean . There is a lady at the check in, was not really nice.

Resort was very clean, had easy access to swimming pool and lazy river. Also, restaurants were close by . The day of check out on two out of the 4 elevators were operating. It is really busy at check out and we waiting for 20 mins for an elevator that was not full of ppl

Lazy river was the highlight of our visit. I cannot wait to come back.

Loved this place, had lots of hiccups getting in but the room n lazy river were wonderful.

The pool setting was nice and the lazy river but the water was dirty, cloudy...also they don't let you listen to music whice made it boring.

Me and my family enjoyed the pool, lazy river, the room, the room service, and the professional and friendly staff. It was a great way to meet everyone needs while on vacation. There was nothing that we didn't like about our stay at the hotel. And we would defiantly will visit the property in the future. It was a great value for our money.

Great pool

There was some damages to the room. The ac vent was not conntect to the wall so it would bang against when it turned on and is barely hanging on, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The sink was taken care of, the blanket for the pull out bed was used and not clean but other than that it was a nice stay

Size of the room. Fully equipped kitchen good air conditioning works well and you could open the window slightly. Quite at night Very little info given when booking in to tell us what facilities thete eere.Just given a map of where our room was and where the car park was. Shuttle bus only ran 10am to 8 pm. taxi price would have been $25 each way if you wanted to stay any longer on the main strip. There is no where to buy food to cook on site. Large holding fee, which takes a long time to be returned

The ambience was nice. Nice to pretend you are not in the hot scorching desert of Las Vegas. I like the size of the Suite on the tenth floor. The description stated they had "high speed internet." The internet was incredibly spotty. Most of the time worse than 3g and difficult to connect. Would often disconnect. The pool was too packed and cloudy. Staff was rude when accidently forgot bracelets to enter pool. I showed her my room key to prove I was a guest and she responded "that means nothing to me, you need your bracelet." House keeping only gave one shampoo/conditioner for 4 guests. Mind you the shampoo bottles are mini in size. She stated that I need to pay/tip her to get more shampoo. Unbelievable!
