Want stay here anymore as I have many times in the past. Not the same

Luxor staff member Lucia rescued me from the Registration queue on Saturday evening after a long day. I am grateful and appreciative of her assistance

Great hotel with a great price. Good casino and ver good restaurants.

The hotel is under construction so only one pool was available. The room was good and clean. It’s always a great stay.

We had to call back twice. The wait time on the phone is ridiculous and the line to check into the hotel is horrible.

I liked how clean and well-maintained the property was. The location was convenient, and the layout felt spacious and welcoming. What stood out most was the quiet atmosphere and the overall appearance of the community. I didn’t like that some areas could use minor updates, and parking seemed a little limited.

Luxor change the check in process to self-check in with minimal staff recently. I was unable to use it because I didn't have a phone that would show the QR code. Went to one employee who was monitoring who could stand in line to speak with hotel staff to check in. He told me to go to the check-in kiosks, and someone will help you, I waited 3-5 mins and no one there. I went back to tell the employee that no one there, (frustration level getting higher, almost 6pm and I'm tired.) the employee told me to speak with employee with blue uniform. Finally I get my key. Get to my room and notice that it was warm in the room, check the setting and it's 65, but the room was 79. At this time I was ready to just find a place to order food and head to bed. So no i didn't alert staff.

Both rooms were so hot

I don’t understand why both pools were no opened but everything else was great

They charge you to park at the hotel. Awful resort fees and no refrigerator in the rooms.

For the price its a good value. I had fun. Its a good jump off to everything else.

Clean, easy check in/check out, good location on the south side of the strip with easy access to mgm properties via tram and relatively easy access to the monorail. Would stay there again.
