Always a great time at Cancun Resort

A amazing place to stay with family and not to far from the strip. The staff were helpful and daily SMS concierge services is a major plus for me.

Exceptional

Pools opened till late The first day was fine but the last 2 days, around 6am the bathroom and whole suite smelled like someone was smoking on our floor.

The hotel is awesome. Las Vegas is very hot but the pool is COOL. The lifeguard staff, we’re all very friendly and very awesome. Actually everyone at the hotel was nice including all the maintenance staff always asked if we were having a good time. Only the tall bartender at the restaurant/pool bar was freaking rude. But everyone else they are made up for it. The food is good there too.

We have been coming here for about 10yrs. This time, our room was not properly cleaned. There was some brown stain by the mouth piece of our room phone, some sort of white powder on top of the fridge, two cockroaches roaming the counter and what looked like rodent droppings in one of the kitchen cabinets.

Most of all, they wouldn't give me my Hilton Honors points. I'm a Diamond and wasn't even recognized as such...

It was comfortable I did not like the Pillows

The lobby staff was so friendly and helpful. Love the pool area, clean and fun Didn’t like that room was hot, when you walk in the building the scent is over powering it’s like to cover up smells but I’m highly sensitive to smells and that was he’s for me. Also lifeguards should be more attentive. Most wore sweats, shoes and sock, not paying attention to swimmers.

The pool was amazing !

Also, I wish they had more covered parking.

Room was clean and nice, front desk easy to check in, the upsale of timeshares gets tiring. Looks like a rundown property

Staff completely ignores you unless you’re part of their timeshare program—it’s a wonder how they get anyone to join, do better please.

Waterslide was nice but drinks are way overpriced and the ONLY priority their staff seems to have is selling you on timeshares. If you book through Expedia prepare to be treated as subclass, it’s a shame. Please do better for your guests.
