El Cortez Hotel and Casino - 21 and Over

The staff was super friendly.

It will be nice and absolutely better when you go to your room and find the room spotless cleaned. It wasn’t dirty in the way there was stains. I mean my first night I found flawless toothpicks in between the beds and lots of hairs on the floor by the closet and window and inside the bathroom. But otherwise I like my staying.

Friendly staff. We got put in Cabana Suite building, the room very small and very GREEN color walls.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. I was not disappointed.

Clean room but it smelled like cigarettes. Wish the front desk informed me about it first so that I could switch for a different room. Love the view from the balcony though. The casino is smaller than most I’ve stayed at. The location near Fremont Street is convenient however the area smelled like sewers. Overall, it was an okay experiencing staying with El Cortez.

Hi my stay was horrible the air went out they didn’t want to switch me rooms I had a rough time with staff changing my room I would like a refund

Neat rooms and gr8 shower

The AC barely worked. We were melting. But the beds were super comfy. And parking was convenient

I enjoyed staying here because of it's location. So close to Fremont. Having a Starbucks in the hotel was awesome as well.
