Day staff is great, night staff is terrible. The attendants outside the doors at the drop off point was very rude. The quality of the beds differ room to room. Last stay the beds, so comfy. This trip they wasn't as good. Don't slip circa.

Everything was great except a couple of rude security guards checking you into adult swim. We were told by some we could bring in our coffee from jackpots and another security guard made us throw it away. We saw other guards pulling ppls medication out their bags and checking it agains id's which seemed humiliating. Everyone in line felt the same about the guards.

Stadium swim was super fun. Staff very friendly. Clean room like always.

The outdoor pool with the video screen to watch the World Cup games was incredible, staff at the pool were also incredible. Modernness of the room was great.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the pool area. Both times we went, the tables next to the lounge chairs were covered in sticky messes. We got there at 8am so it was obvious they aren't cleaned and when we asked to have them cleaned no one ever came. The couches that you could reserve were stained and looked terrible. Glad we didn't pay to reserve one.

It was beautiful! We loved our suite and just so spacious.

The property is extremely clean, well air-conditioned, plenty of machines and absolutely looks amazing upon arrival. The restaurants are open 24 hours. The food is delicious. The rooms are spacious, and nice and the products they use in the hotel room rooms are quality.

I've stayed at Circa a handful of times, it's become my go-to Vegas hotel because it has darn near everything you need: Clean, safe parking, decent gaming, large, comfortable rooms, excellent dining, etc. This particular stay was alright... on arrival, there was a considerable delay in getting a room due to "demand" which was a first. Once in my room, though, it was just as clean and well-appointed as I have become accustomed to. Rooms on the floor above mine were clearly being renovated which led to a lot of unpleasant noise during the day. Parking at Garage Mahal is worth the money ($25 per day) because at least it's convenient, clean, and well-lit. Dining, gaming, and staff interactions were all good. I do recommend Circa and, if I come back to Vegas, I'll definitely stay there again.

Someone came into our room at 330am and we had a don’t not disturb on the door. Security was lax about it and blew it off as a mistake! How is the world does that happen. The guest had DnD on door don’t knock or enter!! I had filed a complaint with risk management at hotel! I left after that for my safety!!

Great hotel. Nice clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. Chade(Sade) is the best check in staff member and the rest of the staff were all phenomenal.

The pool is difficult to get to. There is a 5 story escalator with no elevator access and lots of stairs in pool area. It would be impossible for someone in a wheelchair to use the facility.
