Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a good location. Easy self check-in, pleasant atmosphere, and overall a very nice stay. The staff was kind and responsive. Only one small thing (especially for me, not for all), there was no mirror in the main room, only in the bathroom.

A small new well located studio with 2 balconies that would be great in warmer weather. Self checkin went smoothly. Internet was good. Netflix was available on the smart tv. Communication with manager was efficient. An elevator malfunction that coincided with our arrival was immediately addressed by a technician and didn’t re-occur. Kitchenette was small with little counter space. The unit has enough space to make a few utility enhancing improvements such as shelves and hooks.

A definite plus is: 1. central location 2. good WiFi We have stayed from 25.11 to 29.11, our experience was NOT great at all. Room 102 had: 1. Cockroaches 2. Leaking shower 3. Mold in the shower 4. Only serving knives and when we asked the owner for a normal knife, we were rejected 5. Dirty balcony 6. Noise from the street is unbelievable, it’s like the windows aren’t even there 7. Squeaky bed

Location was perfect, less than a minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and 5 minutes from landmarks. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy self check in and check out. Bathroom was bit dusty. Pillows not very comfortable, high and firm. Few coffee capsules for the coffee machine would be nice.

Everything was very good.

It misses bottle of water, because tap water is not for drinking, so if you come late you will not have were to buy It is a bit noisy from outside and walls are thin

The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants, beach and bus station. The self-check in was easy and the hosts provided a very clear guide for the room facilities. It was clean and had plenty of toiletries provided. We would definitely consider revisiting. Only a few details in the room such as the bathroom ceiling and shower cabin needing some extra care. With these fixed the room will be a 10.

The apartment was clean, in a very convenient location, in the center of all the events. 1 minute from the sea. Some electric outlets were not working but it was fixed the next day when we reported the problem. A beatiful big balcony too. The fridge was off, and it was leaking. For some reason, it was off. That's the only thing that was inconvenient, but it's not that important.

The location was absolutely perfect, the apartment itself was very clean and had everything I needed. Communication with the hosts was incredible, I got responses immediately. I’d highly highly recommend this place or friends and family! Nothing. The only tiny bit of feedback would be that it would be lovely if one or two clothes washing tablets or powder was available ?

Central location but on the side street, so it was not noisy to sleep. Everything in walking distance. Modern and clean.

Check out time very early 11 a.m and the flights take off late at night so we spend a long time with our luggage in the street until we go to the airport we hope for later check out

Tight Security. A really close to the beach and all the restaurants Finikoudes Beach has to offer. We love all the amenities the apartment has to offer/washing machine/stove/pots/pans and Utensils. Thanks Staff! No Complaints.

Neat, clean, the kitchenette with full equipment, bathroom with robes, towels, shampoo and soap. Excellent location.

The studio was perfect for me and my son. It was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking a meal. The studio is close to many restaurants, 2 minutes from the beach, and a 10-minute walk to the Larnaca Municipal Market, Saint Lazarus Church, and Larnaca Marina. Also, the studio is close to the Larnaca International Airport, just 30 minutes away by bus 425. The TV has lots of channels, as well as Netflix and Youtube, which my son used to watch cartoons. I will surely return when I visit Larnaca next. None applicable

The location, the communication with the landlord, facilities and tidiness were appropriate. It might get noisy late in the evening, although we were on the top floor. Would be great if there were some hanging options.
