Everything was great as usual. Except the body wash in the shower was empty everything else was up to standard.

The location is good, the staff are nice, and the breakfast is okay—good value for money. The sheet on one of the beds hadn't been changed or was dirty. The room smelled bad and didn't seem clean. The towels didn't smell fresh, and one had a red stain on it. There was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom. I’ve stayed at another hotel in this chain and was satisfied, but this one was a disappointment. There was a cockroach in the room. The ice machine was turned off.

Clean and comfortable room. Quiet area. Room was very spacious. Food selection for Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, breads, cereals. Etc. There is a pool and small gym. Hotel is not new but is decently kept. Eveything was good but what stood out above all was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. That to me is the most important.

Everything was clean! The pool and hot tub were awesome to enjoy. The pool was heated. We appreciated the free breakfast. They seemed to have trouble keeping breakfast stuff stocked up and the beds in the rooms were fulls and so small and not the most comfy.

Awesome place! I would go back again just to visit with Josh at the front desk. From on the phone to my few weird requests/questions, he was on top of it! With a smile.

Clean rooms

I stayed with my family for one night. The staff was incredible. The breakfast was more than enough. The room and amenities were perfect! The only suggestion is pool area maintenance could be used. There were several pool chairs that were broken and trees that needed to be trimmed.

The staff was really friendly and location is convenient. The room was not clean at all, found hair in the tub on the wall and paper on the side of the bed.

Was not able to watch the NBA finals the volume was very low on TV. pool area needs some TLC. Just do not feel like the assistant manager Josh treating me as the other customers that were before me as in the care and concern he had about my issue. Also leave for me that the level of my concerns did not go past him because they are a franchise so no one is over them breakfast and use a lot more work. Seems like everything comes in frozen and they just sit out. no soap in the bathroom Joshua was made aware of this and said it was on that order. also, this location I guess allow pets dogs barking throughout the night.

Location and breakfast Reserved for 3 people and only received 2 bath towels. Called for them to bring another bath towel but never received it. Comforter on one of the beds was filthy, used tooth floss on bathroom floor. Towel holder coming out of wall. Shower drain stop was broken. Toilet didn't flush properly.
