I had a very bad experience this time. We got to the hotel around 11 at night and they couldn’t find our reservation. After a couple of hours going back and forth we decided to pay for that night. Next day we had to waste another couple of hours to straighten things up.

The staff wasn’t respectful at all and not helpful. Stay away from this place at all cost. A total waste.

I do not recommend this place nor Expedia! I prepaid for a week stay here and we check in and the first room has 100s of dead bugs all over the rooms floor. The next room the keys don’t work twice! It is next to the highway and extremely loud. The ac unit is extremely loud and the bed is uncomfortable. The hotel stated I could get a refund for my days not used but Expedia is not giving me my money back!!! Do not book with Expedia no help or customer care. All you get are foreigners when you call..

It was amazing. Everything was great. Room was great, the restaurant was amazing and let’s not forget the pool. Overall, we had an amazing time.
