This casino is slated to be closed 7/4/26 and I wanted to visit one time prior to it closing. The pool is closed, you cannot buy food or water anywhere on the property and most slot machines are shut down. All ice machines are not working. They are charging $44 for resort fees for nothing!

The room was clean and bed comfortable, all we needed for sleep and go again. Place seemed deserted and dingy. Staff was very nice.

Great spot

The whole location of Primm is closing. The mall. The restaurants. Gas stations. The hotel is closing in less than a month. We couldn’t use the pool even though it was filled with water because there is no staff to monitor it. Smelled of smoke everywhere we went. It was super rundown and the poor staff is holding on with their fingers to keep their jobs.

The room itself was ok - it's the fact that the place was in "transitioning" to new "ownership" and more than half the games on the casino floor were off, beer was the only alcohol available, no staff, had to call the front desk to get a rolling cart and was told "we don't have any carts and I don't know when we will". I am a 60 year old woman & had to make 3 trips back & forth carrying luggage.carts & there is no one to get the cart to bring my things to the roomwhen I called the front desk 3 times

The room was super clean and had all the needed toiletries. The entire bathroom floor and shower were all tile, so maybe I got an accessible room? The bed mattress was comfortable, and I am picky about that. Overall a pleasant stay.

This was a good place to spend the night on my way from SLC to LA. I had my dog with me and we had a pretty relaxing night before taking off in the morning. Make sure you get dinner somewhere if you’re going to be getting in late, and there’s a McDonalds really close where you can get breakfast. Parking is right in front of the building and it’s pretty easy to find your way around.

Don’t bring your children because the pool was not open. Also, the fire alarms went off and scared everyone walking through the halls. OK.

Very sad that they’re closing. Beautiful architecture, real history here, lots of work and effort put into here. Bittersweet experience to see the place so empty. Staff was very helpful and nice yet you could notice the sadness behind their smile

I would never stay here again.

The hotel was very nice, lots of things to do around there. Reasonably priced.

The hotel is scheduled to be closed and should not be open anymore. It’s not sanitary. It smells horrible. The people at the front desk do not have the equipment for a proper check-in. The AC is loud to top it all as we were checking into the room, the fire alarm went off, closing every fire egress door with no announcement or explanation from the staff. It was really hell nerve so we left. We simply didn’t feel safe in there.

The resort is closing in a month and the cleaning staff is doing a poor job taking care of the rooms. The sheets had stains on them and when I specifically asked for the sheets to be changed and fresh towels brought in, they did not do it. The front desk staff tried to help but they didn’t have access to towels. The pictures on the website do not match what’s actually there

Closing down so everything is dirty

The hotel is older so the carpet was worn and the toilet was loose. However, everything was clean and the room was comfortable and quiet. GPS made it difficult to find because it sent me across the freeway, but I found it easy enough.
