Room was clean, seems to have been updated. Breakfast was basic but good. Bed was comfortable.

Elevator smells like someone died smoking a cigar in it. The hallways are dark and dingy/creepy, the staff couldn't provide extra towels for some reason. Carpets look disgusting. And they kept my 100 flat deposit for no reason. Horrible stay

1st rate hotel. This was my second time staying here. Will always stay here when I'm visiting Jacksonville. Rooms are really clean, towels are plentiful and thick, bed and pillows comfortable with decent bed linens. Great breakfast with good variety. Professional staff with pleasing personalities. There are lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby. Nothing fancy, just a great place to stay.

Clean rooms and good parking We have a bugs in our first room but it was solved quickly with getting different room. But that can happens almost anywhere - it’s Florida :-) I still have to recommend this stay as was all other things fine.

I was amazed how clean the room was,especially the bathroom.The bed was extremely comfortable.The tv was huge and operated well.The staff was nice,friendly and very helpful.The breakfast was excellent.Overall,I was extremely satisfied with the accommodations.
