Front desk was awesome

Had a issue with our 1st room the door wouldn't lock but they quickly moved us to another room. The water pressure in the shower seemed kinda weak and my wife was awakened by by ants crawling in the bed they were on the floor as well

Appears to be a newer development. Clean and location felt very safe. However, housekeeping wasn't great as left one tissue in the kleenex box and there was silverware in the dishwasher, probably from the last guest. The iron leaked water. The shower knob actually fell off when I turned the shower on. I was able to reattach. The breakfast wasn't anything special but enough for something quick. Overall, the staff was friendly, but I will note that when I checked in, he just said scan your credit card here... Didn't explain what it was for, so I asked is this for incidentals? He just kept saying "scan your card". I had to press a little for an explanation. The room was freezing when we got in there. Overall, okay stay. But not great.

I highly recommend this property for your next hotel experience. Very nice and clean rooms. The manager and staff were amazing and made us feel at home. Great location.

Very pleased with our stay. It was a last minute find as we were in town for a baseball tournament. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Room was reasonably priced. The best thing about it was how friendly and helpful the staff was!!! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great staff, new hotel, a pleasure to stay in

Check in was a breeze and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful Room was well stocked with everything you would need Room was clean and bed was very comfy Cons: Bathroom sink did not drain properly. It was backed up and hair came back up the drain that belonged to previous occupant. We had to brush our teeth and wash hands in the kitchen sink. All the towels had a lot of lint which stuck to our skin and pajamas

Everything was very clean and in a great area. The staff was help and nice. The only disappointment was the breakfast, but other than that it is a wonderful hotel!

This was my second stay at this location. Both times were great! The staff were very nice and the room and grounds were clean. There is a near by Entertainment building that seems to like to park in the hotel’s parking but we were given a parking pass to put in our vehicle window to ensure we were guest of the hotel. I appreciated that. Overall, this was a great hotel and I look forward to staying again in the future.

Everything still appears new and clean. Close proximity to The Block and various restaurants & bars across the street. You could walk to all of them if you choose. There's also a Dunkin next door (kind of behind the hotel). During the day there was plenty of parking in the front of the hotel. At night, the front lot was full, and I had to park in the back. There are also charging stations for electric vehicles in the back. The room had a very large fridge, not a mini fridge, I liked that. Room was very clean. My night was very quiet. Continental breakfast was offered, but I did not try it. I'd stay here again.
