Staff was not welcoming or helpful. There was nobody at the front desk for checkout. Room was not well maintained.

When we first checked in, the lady at the counter was rude. When we got our room, it smelled awful, the tiles in the bathroom were all loose and coming up, the carpet was torn and lifting up, and the air conditioning was making a bad ringing sound. When I asked the front desk lady to switch rooms, she said sorry all rooms sold out. She did say she could send a maintenance man in to fix sound coming from air conditioning. We had to leave for a scheduled dinner. When we returned to the room, the sound was still there. I called front desk and spoke with the new front desk guy and he was very helpful and sent us to another room. Way nicer than the lady on duty earlier. The room was better, but the air conditioning was still noisy (making humming, vibration noises) but no loud ringing noise. It was tolerable. Didn't get that well of sleep. The couch bed was uncomfortable for my children to sleep on, so we just had them sleep on the couch. The owner seriously needs to upgrade the rooms. The rooms we were in don't match the pictures they advertise. Very disappointed with this place.

Clean room, very noice on the first floor. Amenities where noisy.

I booked 2 rooms, one was ok. The other one was bad, torn curtains, beat up furniture, mold in the washroom. I asked for a second room… even worse entire washroom ceiling was covered in black mold. I asked for another room, mold on the ceiling above the beds. Finally got a room, one bed studio on the ground floor that was fine.

The pictures of this hotel were very misleading. When getting into our hotel room, the temperature was set to 79°. We had to get assistance because the AC was not working. They came up and changed the batteries and said that should fix the problem it took forever for the AC to cool the room down when you laid in the bed and looked at the ceiling. It looked there was possibly black mold at some point on the ceiling and some kind of patchwork was possibly done. You can see all different kinds of shades on the ceiling when you lay down in bed there was an odor as well in the room, thank goodness I did have a smell thing that I could change the smell of the room in the bathroom. There is a huge gap between the faucet and the wall this room needed some updates very disappointing to pay $100 for a hotel room that looks like this. I am very dissatisfied with this room and the misrepresentation of what the rooms looks like if I could’ve gave it a zero star I would have.

The room was very nice.

It was an excellent stay. Ayla and Nicholle were especially helpful. Best place to stay in the area, will stay again!

Bed was comfortable.I reserved the 1 bedroom studio king.

Older Hispanic with pony tail that would be in charge of breakfast was always rude, looked bothered & never felt welcoming …

Convenient location Breakfast timings was quick, till 930 am We reached 911 am and they start clearing up breakfast before 930. There is no more products left I ask lady for band ad for my daughter and she gives only 1

It was a clean place to stay and at a convenient location. The sounds at the hotel drove me crazy. The toilet made a loud whistling sound when flushed. The air conditioning had a high pitched sound and rattled. You had to leave the fan on to get the room to cool off so there was no peace from the sound. The worst part was the bed. I swear I woke up with ribs out of place. It literally hurt to breathe trying to move after sleeping on the bed. Staff was nice but their cards would randomly stop working and they’d say it was because it wasn’t the original card or it was with electronics (we had to get it replaced when it stopped working - and they were not with electronics.)

I loved the breakfast and the staff! Rooms were nothing fancy, basic but useful for a nights stay

They carpet, shower and doors were filthy. The oatmeal was like water. The gym was broken down, only the treadmill was functioning. This property needs to be remodeled!
