SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Keystone

We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel.

Super welcoming front desk, clean and comfortable room, and a nice fitness center. Would come back for sure.

Clean. Breakfast was good. Indianapolis 500 weekend increased prices. Not cool. Price gouging. Would have never stayed had we been aware of that. Shower needed more pressure. The room had a funny/bad smell to it. The toilet sounded like an explosion. We have stayed at other Springhill Suites without such high prices.

The breakfast was good. I was impressed by the option of cold brew coffee that was excellent! There was a panel under the bathroom sink cabinet that fell off and hit the floor. It was loud and really startled us.

Quiet, new and clean. Staff outstanding and emphasize guest comfort and assistance. Breakfast very good. Good location near lake with walking trail. Good restaurants nearby. Bed not the most comfortable. Lacking plugs/charging capability by both sides of the bed. No toiletries; missed hand lotion.

I like the room design and size and the buffet breakfast. Nothing.

Great location! All the attraction were near by 10 to 20 min drive. No restaurant in hotel.

Location and facilities The location of the elevators. It’s a long walk.

Parking was easy and plenty of spaces available even though we had a late check in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Had to call housekeeping to bring up bedding sets for our children to sleep on the pull out trundle and couch. Our reservation included 2 adults and 2 children. They brought the sets up right away. Only issue was pool was out of towels so had to go back to room to get bath towels to use. Would stay here again.

Awesome staff, clean facilities, great breakfast, we would definitely stay again.
