Trash avery where. Dust in the room. 3rd floor getting out of the elevator smell terrible.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was a little ran down and I saw a roach. There was no breakfast because it is an extended stay hotel. I would not stay there again. My original reservation at another hotel was cancelled and there were no other rooms available in that area.

Nothing. I wasn't able to stay due to a miscommunication and a hidden fee The hidden fee that caused me and my family to have to spend another night outside because they refused to refund my money.

I called and asked if there was free parking and an airport shuttle and was told yes. Once we got there we were told we didn’t book the room through the right company so it was $15 each way for the shuttle and $5 a night to leave the car. The room was clean, but the facility around was awful. There was a person living in their car on property. I am assuming a lot of homeless people live on property and were loud. When we left at 5:45 am there was a man walking around our floor that was on something. I would not recommend staying here.
