Upon arrival at check in, only one room shows as reserved in our name. The front desk clerk can not find our other booking, and cannot explain why, (third party to blame presumably), desk cant help in these issues and that's a valid a reason to avoid third party booking. The clerk cannot provide another room, even if we pay for it, as the hotel is fully occupied. Convention in town, more later. So the solution they offer is to switch us to a room with a pullout couch for the second party in our group. Mind you we are two adult men traveling for work. So now we have to toss a coin for the couch/bed? And have to deal with eachother snoring and sharing a bathroom, night time dress code, etc? Not cool at our stage in life. But it is what it is? So now I'm on chat with expedia, complaining about expedias shortcoming. They of course communicate with the hotel. Who suddenly has our second booking available? Great! Relieved! But who and how messed this up? We don't know? Why didn't the front desk clerk have a room available when we clearly were let down and willing to pay another booking? I will never know, all parties blamed each other and never came clean. Fixed in the end yes. But lack of knowledge and communication at the desk is just as bad as expedia. About that convention in town? Medical Grad students. Terrible bunch. Overran the town.

Perfect hotel for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. Our rooms were very clean, large, had a coffee pot, fridge, and microwave.

Downside to this hotel is the fact they do not let you know in advance you must pay additional $25 to park since Holiday Inn doesnt own the parking lots which truly would be better if they just factored it into their pricing. Paying over $200 for a room and have parking added just is tacky on the business end. Also one more thing the hotel actually can control is wanting to add more to bill for what normal hotels call complimentary breakfast like fruit and / or bagels. I understand charging for room service but not something simple like examples mentioned. Could not ask for better staffing and check in. People working there are for sure great!

The room was comfortable and spaces You have to pay for parking which was not disclosed. Breakfast is also not included which was also not disclosed.

This is the 5 or 6 stay at this hotel. I'm always satisfied. It's near Union Station, and in walking distance to Downtown.

I needed to use the computer, I was there for business it was not working. That should have not been a issue. There was no Kleenex in the bathroom. The refrigerator was frozen with ice so i could not use it. Parking should have been free, i thought it was but i was wrong.

We were very pleased with the entire stay. Pool open until 11, bar and restaurant on site. Coffee and tea available- free in lobby- and loved the lemon water. Location was close to a couple of bars and restaurants. One block or less. Gas station right across the street. All staff was very accommodating. Would definatly stay ther again.

The staff SHINES here wow - I normally dont write reviews but truly they were so cuteous and professional and kind (and made me laugh even!!). I was just insanely impressed by them. I used the gym everyday and had it to myself which was lovely and everything felt clean. I ran out of hand soap and they replaced it in 3 minutes. So fast! The breakfast is actually pretty good too! Love that they have lemon water in the lobby.

Not very clean, signs of pests, and lobby smelled of TBC vape. We were moved to a new room due to bugs. Clerk acknowledged they had and issues, they suggested we could buy our own bug spray down the street. The breakfast and parking was not included in price, reviews are deceptive. On the brightside the beds were comfortable and the place is walking distance to convention center, L. field, and mall.

The carpark The cost was excessive more than maximum indicated for the room. We booked a king room and got twin room They ran out of towels and removed our old ones so we couldn’t shower The bathroom was falling apart with parts missing in the bath/shower I will be seeking a refund

We booked the hotel for the Indy 500 weekend and rates were higher than a 5 star hotel. But ok, race weekend. Check in was rough. We asked some simple questions about restaurants and the local area, and the staff could not help us. We had breakfast included yet nobody asked anyone for a voucher or proof of who prepaid on race morning. Toaster was not really working so we moved on from toasting to already cooked food. People were frustrated. They had a little area with snacks and drinks to buy but I guess they didnt realize they'd need more for race weekend so they ran out of water. I took a shower and was pretty surprised that there wasn't a hairdryer. My husband went to front desk and asked for one and the response was that they all "disappeared." Huh? They only have a small number of them and if you dont get one, you are out of luck. I walked out with a wet head of hair for two days. Perfect location to pick up the shuttle to the race, but outside of that, not near downtown. Across from gas station so noisy. I woke up in the middle of the night to a flashing light. It was the outside hotel light going on and off for about an hour. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. If the rate was $150/night, it probably wouldn't have annoyed us as much as it did. We will not be back.

It was a great place for being so close to downtown

My room had vinyl base falling off and had some hair on the floor. Scum in the tub. Breakfast says they charge $8.99 but no one ever gave me a check to pay. Their "Sports Bar" I think has four tables-overflow area for breakfast. Needs a good clean and finish refreshes. Check in and out were easy.
