Breakfast was good... no complaints. The tvs were acting crazy but it wasn't a big deal... the staff immediately came out to fix the problem.

Location was good for me. Clean and comfortable which is the most important. Noise from other rooms, breakfast staff were rude to many people, banging plates and utensils to show their anger. Reception staff were great but dining room staff VERY different. An elderly Mexican woman in particular was in a bad mood for the whole week and was very rude.

I would suggest picking a different room service provider - the estimated time for delivery was 30-45 minutes and we ended up waiting nearly 3 hours for our food.

My family stayed here for a cheerleading competition that was in town. I thought the hotel was very nice and clean. It was well maintained also. The area is away from the freeway so it is quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast buffet was great as well. My daughter loved the smoothie bar. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town.
