The staff was nice and helpful. Water was cold so couldn't shower.

Do not stay here room service sucks you don’t get cleaning everyday you have to ask . We had cold water all our stay my kids had to shower in cold water . Pool was closed very horrible 0 stars do not recommend.

The door to our buildibg did not close securely.

The guy was very rude and am know to come there a lot he told us it was no more towels instead of getting some more I think he was African I won’t be back at all and then breakfast horrible I don’t know what happened to this facility Needs to be fixed

Room was of ok quality. The mattress was good and the bed was clean. But our tub needed resurfacing and it leaked loudly all night. Even with the door closed. Holes in the curtains and limited staff that left fetching towels and sheets up to you. I wouldn’t call the place horrible, but I’ve seen Marriott do better. The staff was helpful with what they had, but…I get it. 3/5

Clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staffs. Faucet Water drops all day long in the bathtub. It needs to be fixed. Over all is good. Thanks

Nothing It was very rundown, outdated, the doors to the building don't lock when you're supposed to need a room key for access, the pool area was disgusting. The entire hotel was gross tbh

Disappointing

The breakfast ran out too fast. But the parking was convenient and the staff was friendly

Glad I brought sandals, carpets were sticky.

First day a cockroach charged at me wings out and everything. 5 minutes later we found an already dead cockroach. The next night we’re in bed falling asleep and a cockroach crawls on my boyfriend’s face, he kills this one too. We pack our stuff immediately and while we’re leaving we see a fourth cockroach running from the kitchen to under the couch. Plus two giant spiders in the corners of the room. Now I have a lump on my back that looks like a bite but I’m not sure from what. We left halfway through our stay. We were disgusted by this place. The man who checked us in was great, the man I turned my key into couldn’t care less. Never asked why we were leaving just asked for my key and said I could leave. No refund or anything for the missed days.

It was a very nice place. Great room and it was very clean. The manager was very professional and help very well with an issue that happened there.

Room was decent but I barely saw housekeeping , I had garbage in my room for the entire stay only saw housekeeping 1 time , the pool was extremely dirty , false advertisement, I was not able to use the pool , staff were decent , but I didn’t get any accommodation at all , there are people living in the hotel

Just the Location was good When we arrived to checking in, the staff who did not give bum about us, told us that they have cancelled our reservation to give priority to their own bookings (directly not by booking.com) and since we have booked vie third party (booking.com) it was our problem.

Never stayed there because they sold my room in spite of having a confirmation number andinforming them directly of my late arrival

Perfect ! Everything I needed was only 20 minutes away

Everything was great They need to upgrade a little the tub was chip old and rusty had to force the nozzle up to get the shower to work

Bed was to firm, room didn't get cold, breakfast tasted expired, cereal was stale and no help from front desk at any point of stay

Loved the staff. It's in a perfect location with good security and a big grocery next door. But this hotel needs paint and repairs. It's really run down. Sadly. Although the faucets will take filters, the connections under the kitchen sink fails on the back pressure, flooding out the kitchen. Filters are important to me so I won't stay in this hotel again until that is fixed. I'm allergic to chlorine and fluoride.
