Room really wasn’t clean. Visible signs of hair. Mirrors were not wiped down.

Loved everything. Felt very safe at this property!

Proximity to our activities Power outage then power never returned to half our room. This was never addressed by staff even though we reported it twice.

Bedding was terrible. Didn't fit the bed. Didn't cover us, went to the edge of the bed only, not past to be able to have two people underneath! Looked like a bed skirt, not covering.

We loved staying at this property. The only problem we encountered was that the key card system wasn’t working while we were there, so every time we left and returned to our room we had to be let in by hotel staff.

This was advertised on booking as having multiple rooms. In fact, it was one long room. Upon arrival, Angel let me know that the manager was contacting booking because it was falsely advertised and they do not have those rooms. We had stayed the night previously in a Hilton that DID have those rooms for less nightly fee and that is what we prefer. Unfortunately, we just needed to stop for the night and stayed. There was also a system wide outage that kept all new check ins from acquiring room keys. She had to take people to their rooms. This also impacted auxillery doors, the pool, and workout room. Had the stay linked to my hilton honors app (like the room previously), this would have been less of an issue.

The location was in a good spot for our route. Breakfast was good. Exceptional

The staff was very nice. The breakfast area was fully stocked ,even when it was time to shut down.

Close to the highway and restaurants right around the corner. The hallways were extremely bright but that’s not a bad thing.

Breakfast wasn’t very complete, and they didn’t refill quickly when they started running out. Other than that everything was great!

Staff was nice. Room was clean. I booked a suite for 3 people with 2 bedrooms, which was false advertisement. The hotel didn't have those type of rooms. I am not pleased. I was 10 hours from home with my sister and her husband. I was totally disappointed
