All but not handicap or shower. I am in a wheelchair. Checkout is too early with no time extension allowed. I’m am then e for medical appointment on Saturday and son returns to room to sleep until check out time. He had to stay in car until I was ready to be picked up at 3:30. Handicap

Latanya was wonderful. I would go back to stay just to see her again. She was attentive made sure we were comfortable and ment all our needs. There is a lot. First there was no supplies in the room dishes, silverware just a note that we didn't see til we were leaving that there may be supplies if requested. The vending machines didn't work. The so call breakfast consisted of coffee and package oatmeal no bowls or spoons to eat it with or to even make the oatmeal in.. there could at least be fruit other pastries paper goods bowls spoons to eat the package oatmeal with. There was one small face soap and one small bar soap to bathe with. Two small pillows on the bed that were so flat it had to be doubled to sleep on. The pictures on the web page don't resemble the actual rooms nor actually tell what kind of breakfast would be served that would be helpful in planning breakfast not just being misled with package oatmeal with no bowls or spoons to prepare or eat it with.

Location It was horrible…. The room was nasty the staff always said they didn’t have towels and the staff was very unpleasant. The water was warm it never got hot and there was trash outside of the rooms all weekend. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!! Just horrible

Location is good Room condition is very very bad - not cleaned at all.. bathroom doors are stuck and need heavy push to close Breakfast .. didnt see anything other than some bars and coffee Room - please do atleast basic maintenance

The room was clean and dust free because I always do a countertop test, and pull back the sheets and smell the sheets and towels. The bathroom was clean as well, however, the caulking job was horendous. The flooring butting up against the tub was bad. The toilet worked well and the shower worked well. The only thing that was a bummer was that there was a roach in the bathroom. A real downer. They need to do a fumingation for sure, especially on the ground floor. Next time I will remember to always ask for a 2nd floor room in any hotel.

They double booked my room living me strabded even when I had confirmed my stay 24hrs prior arrival. AND I was changed for the "stay". The place was durty and the entrance and reception area had strong smells of marihuana.

This is a good location at the uptwon area and on the economic side. The condition is as expected for extended stay. One should not expect daily room service. The room is large enough with cooking wares available upon request. The rooms are generally clean and the staffs were super nice although they may not be able at the front desk as they are responsible for many other responsibilities around the hotel. So be patient and they will be back soon. My only complains are (1) One of the bed sheat was really too old and became very dark in comparison to pillow cases. (2) Breakfest is only coffee with a few buffins and bars, no mild or sereal, a packs of oakmeals. No bowls or plates, and no place to sit down. This is understable as guests were supposedly to take this snacks to their own room to eat. Other that, there are plent of parking spaces. This is important for hotel in this area of the Houston.
