Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites

Parking costs $12/night. Only allowed one car per room. This was not mentioned in listing on website. Also, there was a $100 room deposit immediately charged to my credit card upon checking in that also was not mentioned on the website. I am awaiting a refund of this deposit from the hotel. Air conditioning is a window unit which was extremely noisy and kept us up all night. Fighting neighbors in the next room kept us from sleeping in the morning.

The housekeeping staff was not very pleasant, didn’t greet the guest in passing. They do a good job cleaning.

The building was built in the 1950's, making it older. There's no central air conditioning, so the room temperature is controlled by a small wall unit preset to 66 degrees, with the inability to change the setting. This results in warm days because the room I stayed in faced east, but there is a standard-size ceiling fan to help circulate air. On a scale of 1-10, I give the accommodations a 3. The worst experience for me was placing the do not disturb sign on the door, but returning to my room to find my suitcase unzipped and wide open, which is NOT how I left it. When I immediately reported my findings to the front desk, the main person seemed shocked, but not dismayed. Nothing was missing because I never leave valuables in my room. The front desk person offered to change the lock on the door which was done immediately, but during the change out I noticed that the handy man changing the locks had several keys to the new lock, too. Overall I do not plan to return to this hotel.

Beachy hotel. I stay yearly and the hospitality has always been the same. Very clean. Beds could use an upgrade soon.

Parking was tight but ok. Window air conditioning was loud. Beach towels and chairs were provided which was nice.

Lastly the room needed serious updating. On a positive note the location of the hotel was excellent with easy access to the beach and many restaurants and shops.

I like the fact it was not a high rise. Parking was easy & on the first floor was the room. Quick walk to the beach & restaurants

We've stayed here multiple times for the clean rooms, amazing location, and great customer service. It's an older, no-frills place, but kept spotlessly clean. Can't beat it!

El Parqueo es súper conveniente. Pagamos $12 por el día entero e incluso te incluía acceso a otros parqueos que pertenecían al mismo hotel, por si necesitabas mover tu carro. El personal fue súper servicial e incluso pudimos pedir toallas y sillas para la playa sin ningún costo adicional. Nos pareció un buen precio para lo que obtuvimos

Great place

Staff was very friendly. Had beach chairs and towels that we were allowed to use with no extra charge. Location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything. couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Exceptional

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable. I loved the beach was just a few steps away. However, the walls are thin, we heard alot of noise from the tenants above. The bathroom sink drained slowly, I did alert the front desk at check out. I will definitely stay again.

I loved it here all around.

The staff was so kind and helpful. They helped us with luggage storage since our cruise came back early and it was so helpful while we enjoyed the beach. They also provided towels and chairs, which was absolutely perfect for our needs!

En términos generales la propiedad estaba súper bien, lo único que nos causó molestia fue el sonido del aire acondicionado. Pero amamos que estuviera al frente de la playa, restaurantes cerca, súper chévere. Excelente precio y ubicación 👏⚽️💵
