The stay was really nice. Clean room and a full kitchen with dinning table and cooking utensils. Beach right across the street. A nice beach walk or bike ride right on the boardwalk.

Great location although a bit north of most of the restaurants but not bad. Clean and had a great kitchen. Nice having a separate bedroom. Good value for a suite in this location. Really was overall nice. Motion light across the way kept going on and off all night, and with the frosted glass door it kept shining into the living room. But obviously nothing they could control. Might have some type of blind over the door to shield from the light. But that is a minor issue. Bathroom sink was a bit slow to drain.

I made these reservations through a third party. There's no check in desk. Kelly was the contact person. She requested a copy of my license to gove me the access code and forgot to send me the code. I had to call her.There was no beach view. My view was a shed. I stayed in room C and the room right next to me was room B. They were constantly slamming the door and everything shook every time they did. I was getting things out of my car and a huge rat ran right over my foot. I was shocked and scared at the same time. The suite was clean cute and well decorated. They only allow one per reservation. They have horrible internet connection. Someone named Darren connected their YouTube to my tv while I was connected to Prime. I work remote and the internet wasn't working well no matter what I did. I messaged Kelly she informed me that they have two and I should open the blinds. Neither of them worked properly it was so frustrating trying to work with no internet. I had to use my Hotspot. Needless to say my experience was not good. That's what I get for being cheap. I got what I paid for. I will stick to my previous hotel HC!

So close to the beach I walked with no shoes on. Had everything I needed including chairs for the beach so I didn’t have to rent one. Walking distance to everything. Absolutely heaven.

Late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am). Cleaning staff was already waiting short before check out. Room was ok but not really clean. Broken warm water for some hours without notice, we couldn't have a shower after beach.

Our stay was during a very cold snap in February and the property has no heat. The shower on/off is placed on the wrong side of the sliders, so to take a shower you have to get into the shower to turn on the water. Also the sliders to the shower don’t keep the water contained and lots and lots of water leaks out on to the bathroom and bedroom floor.

Parking was great, room was great, view was great, and I just wish there was a later checkout.

Beds are not the most comfortable but that might be just a personal preference.

The parking was a issue. Was told to park only on the right and was not enough parking for all the units. Had to pay for parking the first night until they allowed us to park in the other parking lot. Had to buy my own towels. The towels provided were mixed matched like they were old towels from someone’s home, and only provided 3 of them. The bed sheets were dark blue instead of white which we did not like. There were no extra blankets except one on the couch and it was cold during our stay and there was no heat in our unit.

Been staying there for 3 yrs now. Great spot close to everything! Shower plugs up after week & 1/2 stay. They need baking dish for oven,& a mixing bowl in kitchen. We survived and made due. All was good!
