Light didnt work in the room, web site saod free brealfast there was zero breakfast, saidnitnhad a pool but it was out of service, the rooms tv didnt have sound on most channels ( there was only like 6 that worked) said free parking, yet had to pay. 0 outta 10 wouldn't recommend and wouldnt ever pay to stay again.

Our first room smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke, was visibly filthy, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed at all. To make matters worse, we discovered bed bugs. After demanding a new room, we were moved to a second one that was just as bad, if not worse. The entire room smelled like marijuana, and the bathroom was a biohazard—the toilet was completely clogged and full of feces when we walked in. The rest of the room was entirely uncleaned and filthy. This place is a massive health hazard and needs to be inspected by management immediately. Save your money, protect your health, and stay anywhere else but here. We ended up leaving and canceling our stay went to another hotel

Roaches in the 1st room and it smelled bad

AC was cold, staff was responsive, beds were prepared, trash was emptied, fridge & microwave in room and were clean.

I could smell the odour when I got into the room at first.

The bathroom tub was moldy and gross. The curtains were broken. I had to kind of fix them to block light. The pool was closed by the health department...There was hair in the bathroom, not my own. The only working ice machine is on the 4th floor. It was adequate for 2 nights

The floor is so stick walking on with bare feet. So disgusting. Ceiling, walls cracked, non finished painting it. The whole room is old. TV is small andtow color is faded, omg, lol. It's 1990s tv. Towels smell so bad. Stay away.

Unfortunately I need to leave a negative review. This place really needs to be condemned. A lot of water damage that has left the rooms smelly, musty, and moldy. The floors are extremely dirty and haven’t been mopped it seems in years. There is rusting all over the place but especially in the bathrooms. At least the linens and towels were clean. It is so poorly maintained and old. Don’t stay here.

The place seems neglected. It’s like who ever runs it does not think of creating a nice place away from home for visitors. They need to shut it down and invest some money into cleaning the entire hotel. Customer service also seems like they have very little time for guests. I have never been to such a portly maintained hotel anywhere. And I have traveled quite a bit all over the world.

Had not got charge in the past for parking and we are a usual there and these last Time got charge 10 per night also the Bedroom had a very bad smell had to request a new one not happy with thee last check in

The blankets I am not sure they put lot bleach make my skin irritated. (Itchin)

Light in room didn’t work, just everything is outdated and old

My husband and I booked a room for the weekend and let’s just say we were fooled by their online advertising. We arrived to our room at midnight and as tired as we were from our travels, we left to find another hotel. When we walked in the room it smelled terrible. The bedspread had stains on it. The bathroom had mold and was absolutely disgusting, it is totally run down. No privacy curtains and the curtains they did have had a huge rip right down the middle. We were afraid to even touch anything. It was the worst place we have ever booked.
