Clean rooms but gym was under maintenance. Expect a 3 stars hotel not more.

Tv is kind to small , you have to pay for parking

The hotel was really nice and clean, the only thing that I didn’t like was that the parking garage didn't have an elevator!

The price was reasonable, the room was clean and the buffet breakfast was great. Recommended.

The property was very clean and close to the Sofi Stadium. The staff was very nice and helpful at check in. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have coffee available all day long in lobby. The only complaint is that we called the lobby for some extra toilet paper and towels and they did not want to bring them up they make you go get them even though there is a sign in room stating to call down and they will bring it. Overall hotel is ok could use some renovations.

I have found most Holiday Inn Expresses to be clean and reliable. This was no exception.

Really enjoyed my stay!!

The hot tub was out of service. This was very disappointing because this was a reason I chose this hotel. I even called ahead of time and asked if they have a hot tub. I guess I should have asked if they have a WORKING hot tub.

Even though my room was already ready, she made me wait outside in my car for an hour in the parking lot, dealing with heat and thirst, without offering any help or clear communication. I had to go back multiple times, and it was not until the third time that a manager finally gave me my room. There was no proper explanation or apology during the process. Overall, I only chose this hotel because of its proximity to SoFi Stadium, but the service experience was very disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service and staff training.

Very nice staff

Very clean and comfortable. Rooms were modern and well appointed. Hawthorne is a bit rough around the edges. But access to LA is great, and the hotel staff and the rooms were awesome. I would stay here again if I was in the area!

2 nights stay to visit family in San Francisco

Nice property, hot tub was not working when we were there, breakfast was perfect for us since we were there for a baseball tournament. Really liked the secure parking since we just purchased a new car. The are itself is a bit seedy but felt very secure in the hotel.
