Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Griffin, GA

I understand that the location is being renovated, but that is not a reason to not clean. You should be cleaning more. The entire facility was dusty & dirty. When I walked in my room(which was not the type of room I reserved) it had not been cleaned yet. I went back to the front desk and was given another room. I open the door to that room and it was occupied. Needless to say, those people were not happy. I go back to the front desk and was given a 3rd room. While it wasn’t the type of room I reserved, at least it was “clean” and unoccupied. I will never stay there again.

It was in a convenient location. It was just a little run down

Location was not Bad. There were people just hanging around the area, there was bags of Trash that had been dumped at one of the rear entrance, was there at least 2 days of our stay. You could not enter the swimming pool with your room key , you had to go to the Desk for entrance to the pool, the shower area was left was not clean, it was left with nails and other debris on the floor of the shower. There were no towels present for the swimming area, you had to go to Service Desk for Towels, that were smaller than a Bath Towel. Breakfast was a disgrace, the food was burnt and stuck to the pan, no bacon or Sausage or Eggs, nor potatoes was offered. The worker kept going out to Smoke a cigarette, very unprofessional. We were very disappointed with the outcome of our Stay At your Hotel. You need to work on improving your services.

Nothing Room was filthy and smelled like smoke. There were holes in the wall. The bed was dirty. It was nonrefundable. This place needs to be closed permanently.

Room was damp & fusty & smelled like cigarettes. Floors not very clean in bedroom & bathroom.

When I arrived I stood there for least 5 minutes waiting on the desk clerk. Also after I paid she had to go make sure the two rooms were clean and one of them was not. Then finally got checked in after 20 minutes then went to the room the hall way was full of trash and dirt. Looked like the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in days. The got to the room the tv wouldn’t come on. Also the shower was molded. It was just an horrible experience.

There was nothing to like!!! The 1st room had no t.v. The 2nd room had not been made up...rumpled beds and dirty take out containers. The 3rd room had no remote for the t.v. that worked. And none of the phones in any of the rooms worked. So I had to go back and forth each time to explain the problems. I got the phone number from my cell phone and used it to call the front desk, to ask that a remote be brought to the room since I'd already made numerous trips to the front desk already. I was told that I would have to come get one....she said she was too busy with a family checking in. I told her she should bring it up since at 74 years old I'd had enough running back and forth and was dressed for bed....... 45 minutes later I'm still waiting. I checked in at 3:00 and was gone by 8:30. When I went to the front desk to return my keys, no one was there. Went outside and there she was, talking on her phone and smoking a cigarette. I believe I deserve my money back for such negligent treatment. And since I question their integrity I took photos of everything, showing that everything was just as I found it, no surprise additions to my credit card. We'll see if anything is refunded. So far I would NEVER advise anyone to stay at the Country Inn and Suites in Griffin GA.

Dated Tv was broken

Moldy, unclean, dirty bedding, broken furniture, smelled heavily of smoke in a non smoking room.

There is a certain expectation for country inn and suites, I am surprised they are allowed to maintain that name. The room floor was sticky. Bedding stained. We had booked 2 nights and could not stay a second. We left the next morning.

Was in a great location I saw a few Roaches

Didn't stay checked out after I saw the room. Pictures of the room online are not what I got. Rooms are out dated. Bugs and dirt. Bathroom wasn't clean. Towel rack was rusted and only had one wash rug and one towel for 3 people booked in a double bed room.

I like there was a pool. The rooms were clean and the bed was soft
