Hotel was okay, clean and in good conditions. We were there for a bmw performance center event, short stay, so hotel was perfect for it.

Nice property. Staff was great. I dealt directly with the owner. She wanted to make sure my stay was perfect. And it was. Clean room. Will stay again.

The property was different than what our family has used in the past. Otherwise, the room was clean and pet friendly, which was what was important to us.

Bed was large but uncomfortable with plastic covering on the mattress under sheet that made noise with every move. Staff member was very nice and helpful over the phone, but no staff members were available in person for late check-in (approximately 9:30pm). Also, no staff members were available at check-out (approximately 10am).

I don’t know how my stay was because my room was canceled. I was on the phone with customer service for an hour trying to find another room. Stayapt is brand new so I guess hotels.com feels that an outdated Days Inn with outside entrance doors to your room is equivalent. I am a Platinum level member and you think just because the room is listed for $500+ for the night, it’s the same?! I know I shouldn’t be complaining since they paid the difference, but still. I’m still livid that the hotel overbooked and decided that since I had not checked in yet, they could just take my room from me. I traveled 4 hours for a basketball tournament and all I got was a canceled room replaced by a roach hotel. Ohhhh, and the best part was the ash tray stand at the corner of the balcony was right across from our room was smoking and you could smell it all night long.

Mornin breakfast coffee is bad!! Coffee water !

Good value and clean facility. Our unit was pretty close to the road and we found it to be a bit loud in the morning.

Very welcoming and had laundry on site to me that was a plus.

Nice set up for pets and a nice area to walk the dog. This is the place to stay when I am back in town again.

Nothing drunk men harassed my 21 year daughter and her roommate that I was trying to keep safe from the weather after landing at the airport They had to call the police to get escorted to their room Please read above statement Plus the key was not programmed to the correct room. The father of the roommate was able to get in touch with someone who was staying there and was very rude and cussed at the girls but did correct the keys for them to get into their room. They girls where able to hide in the workout room until they were able to to get the keys reprogrammed

Heidi and Christie are gems, real assets to the property. Always so friendly and helpful! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a pet friendly property or extended stay. Can't think of a thing.

Good location, friendly. Very clean Highway noise but not terrible

Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location. Front desk closes at 7pm but staff can easily be reached, refrigerator/freezer did not get cold.
