Great for families

Loved it
-
The room was a bit warm, we lowered the temp and closed the bedroom door. The front room with the couch got very cold, our bedroom was warm. Also the beds are old, hard, and uncomfortable. Everything else was a really good experience.

The front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. The bartender was rude. But oh well, I just wanted a coffee anyway. The room was very clean and I loved how it was set up. It had a separate sitting area and the bathroom was so spacious The breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here of you’re ever in Greenville.

Great hotel, comfortable and clean!

Paid for a king suite. Was given a double. When error was pointed out was told they were over sold and nothing they could do. Not acceptable. My reservation was made well in advance, I have stayed here over 20 times, often for multiple / extended periods - Platinum status with Hotels.com - who did try to intervene and ultimately was told “no”, and who then gifted me some additional Key rewards. Very dissatisfied with Embassy Greenville. Likely will be taking my regular and faithful business to The Drury when I m in town in the future.

This hotel is our always stay hotel. the staff is very professional with checking in, the rooms are very clean and well stocked, the breakfast buffet has great choices and the omelets are delicious. It’s amazing how the cook covers multiple orders and get it right.

Stay here often. My preferred Greenville SC lodging.

When checking in, the woman at the desk was very rude and not explaining the detailed of the payment

Staff was very accommodating when we arrived early. Shared the WiFi info an offered us breakfast. They also found us in the lobby to let us know our room was ready. Great breakfast and staff is very attentive and friendly. Cocktail and snack hours were a nice touch. The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the furniture in the lobby shows a lot of wear and needs to be replaced and we weren’t overly impressed by the food at the restaurant. Other than that, would definitely stay here again. Great location

The room was extremely clean. Just outdated furniture

There was an issue with the type of room that we reserved that we didn’t find out about until we went to the room. We went back to the front desk and the young lady who checked us in fixed it right away.Breakfast was great! I go to bed early and get up early and my wife is the opposite, she stays up late and sleeps in, so it was great having the sitting area separate from the sleeping area

All good f hi or check in
-
Happy hour was nice as well.
-
Great breakfast. Overall we had a good stay. Sofas and chairs could be changed for new ones, most of them were torn or broken. Same with the mattress, mine was high on one side and sank on the other.
-
Everything was with the room. The only thing I did not like was the $10 parking fee
