Marriott Greensboro Airport

Very accommodating staff.

Close proximity to Piedmont Triad Airport, 5 minute drive to rental car return. Nice gym, only stayed one night, didn’t interact much with staff, easy check in, didn’t utilize the bar restaurant.

Overall a good option close to the airport. Pool could have a lower temperature water.

They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my life and will be telling everyone I can about it. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I urge you not to book this hotel. There are some wonderful ones in the area

Everything was good except for the shuttle driver. I am 78, so loading my luggage into the van was a little difficult. The driver asked if I needed help after seeing me struggle. He was equally lazy when we arrived at the airport.

The air conditioning in our room barely worked so it was pretty hot but there was air moving (didn’t cool by morning but since there was circulation it was tolerable) and there were multiple bugs (small roaches) observed mostly in the bathroom. We did use the gym and everything was suitably clean and functional and multiple families were enjoying the indoor pool and it looked maintained as well. Check in/out was easy, ample parking, very easy access to airport.

If you're not a Marriott member, the breakfast on-site was expensive...$55 for breakfast for 3 adults. And that was after a discount we had to beg for because the staff brought the wrong dish out to one of us. The staff on a Saturday morning was quite poorly experienced or not well trained. I will say though that the food was very good

overnight stay exceeded my expectations. clean up to date room. Will definitely return

The staff was friendly, and the hotel room and hotel itself were extremely clean. The gym and pool were the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel!

This is a convenient and lovely hotel with easy access to the airport via shuttle. The decor is beautiful as well. Fairly priced and thus a stop I will make on my next visit to Greensboro.

I stayed 2 nights. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, hot , hot shower … all A+. I felt safe. The areas for improvement…coffee is only out from 5-7 am, I couldn’t get any one to take my dinner order at the restaurant/bar ( no staff?) and had to Door Dash dinner. The pool needs a refresh but was heated. I would stay again but only for a sleep and shower.

I wasn't aware of the $10.00 parking a day. Other then that i will go back.

Good breakfast! Dinner was better. We had a ribeye steak that was really good!! And the waitress was excellent!! Definitely would recommend hotel and restaurant. Didn’t lack for anything.

Great choice

There was a kids soccer team staying there while we were there. They ran up and down the halls during the night , banging on room doors for over an hour before someone stopped them.
