This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a very long time

We had a great experience. The staff members were extremely friendly. The property was clean.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Only room available with double beds was a handicapp room. It didn't have a shower or when asked.. coudn't put a shower curtain on rod. The TV was older model and small.

The overall property was very good. With that being said our room not so much. We had an ant infestation on the bathroom, there was a urine stain on the pull out couch, there were two places on the carpet with crusty stains and the TV remote was filthy.

Would be better if the offered free breakfast or at least free coffee

It did not seem very professional or up to the high standards that the facility warranted.

The staff person was very friendly and professional. The hotel room was excellent.

The window wouldn’t close in our room so we heard the highway all night, the tub had cracks as well, no microwave in the room, coffee machine wasn’t in the best condition, the tv wasn’t updated the coloring was off. The staff was very friendly as well, the lobby was nice, the pool was closed so that was disappointing to my daughter. Good location.

The staff is very professional? Hotel is beautiful and clean. Room was huge.

I didn't like that I wasn't informed of the 10 parking fee and that breakfast was twenty dollars a person and I was brought out a bill not knowing that breakfast wasnt included with my stay( although the breakfast was pretty good..just not worth twenty dollars). I feel like the price should have been shown.
