Clarion Pointe - Greensboro Coliseum Area

The pool wasn’t up and running, the TV didn’t work. There was old dried up rice in the corner of the room. The room smelled.

Misrepresentation of property online. Nasty disgusting and lots of homeless ppl begging in parking. Mgr was constantly trying to run the ppl off the lot. Rooms dirty, sink did not drain. A/C was warm. Pool showed as available due to photos online however was shut down, it was scary. How do the owners of this property allow such a large investment to be that run down, I’ll never know.. I find it hard to believe that people would give this property a good review the property must be doing it themselves.

The place was good for the price. Good value for what you pay.

The staff were sweet the outside was rough and several issues happened in the parking lot, but our rooms were secure and it fit our needs.

Beds were clean and comfortable, Staff was awesome, they showed so much concern, was very nice. That made our visit so much more better. You lady at the front desk was very nice and polite love her sweet spirit Could have been tables on both size of the bed. Had to put my phones on the floor to charge them. Also under the air and heat unit, was little dirty. Carpet needed to be cleaned down hallway. Also little more modern decorating would have help

Honestly the calf. King bed in our room was. The softest most comfortable bed I have slept on in any hotel. It was beautiful chrips white sheets and duvet spotless. It was like sleeping on my own crowd. The only kind of negatives were: the TV, it has a mind of its own. It was to quiet they would just boom out and scare the hell out of you. The flooring had a huge slant that the desk chair would roll you right to the window. The furniture had a lot of wear on it but it was clean and nice. All that said I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends.

The property was not as advertised as seen online. Was not clean as advertised.

Refrigerator did not work, there was no ice bucket in the room, sink in bathroom was like a fire hydrant when turned on. Towel bar in the bathroom was lying on the floor. I was there 3 days and the room was never cleaned,

The rooms were not ready for us at 7 PM when we got there Beds unmade garbage in the garbage cans garbage on the floor bug crawling on the wall dirty toilet therefore we went back to the front desk and asked to cancel was told by the front desk, staff named miracle that the rooms would be canceled as they had a shortage on housekeeping staff however, the hotel did charge my credit card for the stay as if we stayed there when we did not we then had to scramble due to the disgusting dirty conditions of that hotel to find new accommodations and it ended up costing us three times the amount to stay for the one night due to Clarion‘s disgusting hotel. I have disputed the charges on my credit card and I am waiting for Clarion to make this right, but if they don’t, I will be taking to social media to speak of the disgusting nature of that hotel.

My room reeked of cigarrettes and appeared dirty. I left and stayed someplace else because I did not feel safe there.

Nothing The room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, Towels were falling apart, had hair dye and dripping in the tub and the toilet, not flush, and the smell of smoke marijuana throughout the halls

Very clean

The room was fine and everything appeared to be clean. Sheets looked pristine. Pillows were surprisingly comfortable. A/C made noise that sounded like something was wearing out. By the middle of the night, the unit was making loud, disturbing sounds and there was a hot, rubber smell. We cut it off and we're apprehensive to fall back asleep right away since we weren't sure if there was the possibility of a fire.. The room was near 79 degrees and was terribly uncomfortable. The coffee maker was broken. The front desk staff member and the maintenance guy really didn't care. No apologies, nothing.
