Thank goodness the room floors are hardwood because the carpet in the hallways was badly stained everywhere and not well maintained. The staff was nice/friendly but I would likely pay a bit more just to stay in a place that is much cleaner.

They no longer have a hot tub. And I was charged two dollars when I had paid my reservation in full prior to staying there. When I inquired, they said it was a housekeeping charge. That is just wrong and I will not stay there anymore, They did not disclose their hidden charge.

Room was dirty we had a dirty towel. The towel didn’t look white it was gross. The sheets had stains. The shower head wasnt spraying water correctly. No elevator which sucked because are bags were heavy. Would not stay here again.

Jacuzzi was closed down. Picture showed a jacuzzi. Also wanted soak jacuzzi tub in the room which the hotel doesn't even offer but shows in the picture. Total disappointment.

Breakfast was nice. Cute little pool. Location is great! Liked the fact that windows open easy. Some places don't open at all. Bed was very uncomfortable. Maybe other people would like it, not sure.

Staff was very friendly! We stayed on the lower floor and whoever stayed in the room a bove ours was very loud and slamming doors allnight!

The staff Friendly greeted us and were helpful with any questions or issues we had during the stay. The location is great as Menards, Aldi, everything is close by. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. NO bugs detected during my stay. The pillow covers smelled musty like an old person's head. There was a thick layer of dust on horizontal surfaces. The wifi DID NOT FUNCTION (we had no access to Internet) the service they offered failed to connect properly. The couch was very old and had stains. The pool was pretty chilly. I didn't have a thermometer with me, but stepping into the water hurt. It was definitely not warm enough to swim comfortably without shivering from cold.
