That said, the property itself feels a bit older and could use some upkeep. In our room, we experienced a few maintenance issues that affected comfort: the tub would back up during showers, the sink had a noticeable leak, and some basic room details felt overlooked—like toilet paper not being properly placed on the holder and instead left on the sink. Housekeeping service was also inconsistent; washcloths had to be requested from the front desk, and towels were sometimes returned loosely and hastily placed rather than neatly arranged. There were also facility concerns outside the room. The ice machine on our floor was not working, and the alternative on the third floor was in an uncomfortably hot area. Even the hallways and common areas felt warmer than expected, which added to the overall sense that the building’s cooling systems could use attention. Despite these issues, the staff was very kind and helpful throughout, and the location truly stood out as the strongest part of the stay. With some maintenance and attention to small operational details, this hotel has the potential to better match the quality of its service team.

I stayed 2 nights for a family reunion. Perfect location and loved being able to walk to the restaurant through the courtyard. No complaints!
-
Beds were comfortable No free breakfast.
-
Tiles loose in bathroom. Shower didn’t fully come on. I felt like I was taking a shower and bath at the same time as faucet kept running. Shower curtain was torn. Tv was working. I finally realized it was unplugged for whatever reason.

I don’t like anything because the foreign lady at the desk canceled my stay due to it being sold out then stated they could clean a room The lady at the desk was very rude

Obliged to write....regardless, great hotel
-
Excellent location with many food options and access to shopping. Reasonably clean with some renovation needed in the near future.

The guest laundry facilities were broken. So we couldn't wash or dry our wet clothes for swimming. The hot tub and pool was dirty and hot tube had a weird mildew smell to it but was hot.The property is definitely older and needs updates. the tiles in the room bathroom were broken and the beds were not soft and comfy. The breakfast was adequate the omelets were delicious but the price for the breakfast per person was a bit costly. The staff were very wonderful and helpful polite and professional.

Exceptional

When we arrived, we were informed that even though we had a confirmed reservation there was no room. The reason the cleaning staff had not cleaned the room. So, after a long flight in the rain we were forced to fiend for our selves and find another place to lodge. I now am fully aware that an Expedia reservation at a Hilton property is worth a warm bucket of spit.

Everything was fine, The tubs were weird not good for people with balance issues. Charging for complimentary breakfast wasn’t the best either. A little older but all in all it was fine and everything you would need . The tv’s were big and awesome tho. Beds firm but alright . Not to shabby. The concessions were way too over priced . 5 bucks for gummies ., camm on..

Comfortable and quiet

I was not all that impressed with the place to be honest. There were very few options to watch on the tv and the connection kept dropping. The breakfast was less than up to par. There were no pastries, bread, croissants or bagels out. No waffles or pancakes. It was a bare minimum breakfast to say the least. Very disappointing. It wasn’t worth what they want you to pay for breakfast, save your money and go OUT for breakfast.

The bed was hard!! The pillows were way too soft and flimsy feeling. They do not do housekeeping which was disappointing. Breakfast was not included but served. The staff wss super nice. There was ample parking.

INCONSISTENT this is the second time that we have stayed in this hotel in the last two weeks. Both visits were two days long. On the first visit, a nice collection of fruit greeted us as we came in the door For this next visit, nothing. For the first visit, the air conditioner worked. For this visit, did not. We found a very strange bug in our bathtub. The handicap parking is a long ways from the front door, and the other parking spaces are so narrow that you’re going to get dinged every time you park there. We put a do not disturb sign on our door, but this morning somebody from maintenance was banging hard on our door. We didn’t even have complimentary water bottles in our room. We’re done with this hotel.
