The property as a whole could use some updates however the property was clean and the customer service was superb.

Nothing…5 days out and still waiting for the refund promised to me by the hotel and waiting on booking.com to step in. When we arrived the sheets had not been cleaned, there was make up on one sheet, and a brown smear on the other. Upon being in the room there was dog food remaining on the floor from prior guest and blood where it appeared we someone had blown their nose in the bathroom. Acrylic fingernails were on the floor. There were also several stains from what appeared to be dog feces on the carpet. When we opened the drawer the prior guests socks still remained! I have 26 photos and multiple videos! It was horrible! We called booking.com while in the room for help! We were not offered another room, the sheets were changed but the room never cleaned. There were no other options available in the area due to holiday and cruise departures. We were forced to remain and didn’t even sleep under the covers. We had two separate staff members walk through the room to view the mess. We were assured of refund the next morning. The property still has not provided written confirmation to booking.com to release the funds and it’s been 5 days! As soon as I return home I will be further escalating my complaint and issuing complaints to multiple departments. As well as filing a BBB complaint and notifying holiday inn corporate until I am refunded.

The guest service was very good, Carl very informative! All employees exceptional. Good location for port to Board cruise, no shuttle from hotel. The floor in room was wet and room musty smell!! We had three rooms. All were damp and damp smelling! Breakfast was 15.95, not the usual Holiday Inn offer of free breakfast???

Excellent hotel staff was very friendly smelt very clean walking into the lobby!!! Would definitely return Carl was very helpful!

I didn’t no end up staying the staff she was friendly she was patient she was helpful The first room I ask to look at it smelled horrible and staff said if I turn the air on in the room it want b so bad no I was okay I tried a second room it smelt better but quality still not so good price was to high on what I was willing to pay considering all of that

It was close to the cruise ships The staff was horrible they charged me three different rates for the three rooms even though I booked them all at the same time on booking.com and when I told the staff that he told me that's between me and booking.com ..horrible

Great location for a graduation event. Although the property is dated, there is a valued effort to keep it in line with the brand. Clean rooms and easy access. Convenient and great value.
