Property was centrally located and very clean. My room had an adjoining door to another room. Sadly, that room’s occupants had a small child that they were playing with at midnight. Lots of games & laughter could be heard when I should have been sleeping.

I stayed 10 days and had my room cleaned 2 times after I called the front desk to have it cleaned
-
Check in was easy and quick, the room was really clean and the location was fabulous!
-
Nice spacious and quiet clean other than my bed it was comfortable though as far as the feel!

The check-in staff was exceptionally disrespectful, with zero respect or proper client service skills. When asked if we could check in an hour early, we were rudely told no and to go sit in the lounge area. No joke. Then, when my daughter and I sat down, and I mentioned how rude and unacceptable it was to speak to customers this way, they stared her up and down and tried the intimidation factor. Coming from a client-driven career in the corporate world, this tactic would be cause for instant dismissal from their position. There were three staff members. How they can be the face of the Hyatt is beyond me. On a positive note, the room was clean and well-maintained. There's no coffee maker or microwave, so bear this in mind if you are used to Marriott's brands that offer a wonderful coffee setup. The breakfast bar is lovely. The breakfast staff didn't seem very happy, but they were very accommodating, which we appreciated. There were two elevators. One was out of order during our stay. Another guest who also had a bad experience with the front desk over the difficulty with getting fresh towels mentioned to us that it was out of order a month prior to their stay. All in all, it's a very nice hotel, but the experience with the staff ruined our stay. We won't be taking a chance on the poor treatment again.

Location was good Got wrong room, was supposed to have a king bed and was told by staff that they overbooked and only option was to cancel but had already arrived and wasn’t told until I got to room and called front desk and then was told. No coffee in room, couldn’t get coffee until 4am in the lobby, no microwave in room. The shower water pressure was horrible .

No bags in restroom trashcan or the one by the tv. The window view showed a corner of the roof with scattered trash. The sink would not stay on as the handle was too heavy for the water to stay on. There was little to no parking on the premises. The gate to one of the main streets was locked with a chain, so we had to find the back entrance.

Wish the pool was heated, but other than that all was great.
-
Good variety of foods for breakfast.

Friendly and efficient staff, clean and quiet rooms. I may have missed it, but I did not see coffee in the room-plenty at breakfast, which was great too!

Our first impression was the google maps led us to an entrance that was locked. The Tru was connected to a sister hotel - 2 hotels with one reception desk. While at the desk another client came up and said they were not staying - though they had been moved to another room. Not happy. We were given our room. It had a bad smell (vomit? that had not been fully cleaned?) The manager said he could not notice it he moved us to another room - the one the clietn downstairs had turned down. :-( Apparently the TRU brand is rather basic. It looks like it is HIlton's response to the A Loft brand - rather spartan, nice but basic accommodations. Again, it was OK but I would likely stay somewhere else next time.

Very clean and comfortable. We will stay again.

Everything. The office worker she was extremely helpful and she checked on us. And we needed extra blankets she brought them to us with extra pillow as well. She works the morning shift. She told me her name but I can not remember it. The pillows aren’t the greatest.

Clean room and property. Nice breakfast with good variety of foods. The pool was nice and well kept.
