We like the fact that even though this hotel was built in 1907, it has been maintained very well. It was the “rustic, west-feel” that my husband was looking for. The hotel did a very good job making you feel welcome and comfortable. The fact that this hotel sits on the corner of two busy streets, with constant traffic until the wee hours of the morning, maxe it difficult to sleep. We know that there is nothing in the hotel could have done to change that.

Location & cleanliness. Super friendly & helpful staff Old, sink not in the bathroom. Door shut while I was in the hallway and locked me out. Staff was excellent though and let me back in! :)

We loved the old time feeling of this hotel and room. The air conditioner could have worked better, but other than that it was in a great location to stay right in the heart of the stockyards.

Location and old authentique decor Room could have been cleaner. Bathroom old condition. Room on road noisy from local bars. Would not want to be there on a weekend! Some staff excellent. Some very poor service.

Dated and worn. No free parking. Restaurant was permanently closed. The building has a lot of character and a great location. Beyond that, it’s below average.

This staff was extremely nice. Very nice accommodations. They worked with us. Couldn’t be more please is definitely worth a visit.

The street noise at the weekend was excessive. Talk to you in the morning people with megaphones preaching.
