Extended Stay America Suites Fort Worth Medical Center

We stayed overnight to catch an early flight. It’s worth the money if all you need is a place to stay.

Nothing. Avoid this place at all costs! The rooms are filthy and the bed was full of bugs. The keycards never worked and I had to have them replaced several times over a couple of days. To put the cherry on top of the cake, a few people I was visiting with who had booked separate rooms from me came back one night and had found all their belongings missing from their room. It turned out that all their stuff had been packed up by the staff and put in reception because they had booked their room out for someone else that night! This is despite the people I was with having paid and had proof that they had booked for that night too. Despite the fact that they claimed the property was full (this was despite the fact that no one was in their rooms) they had to at midnight book another room for the night somewhere else and go there... Even though the price of this place is good, don't bother with here as you may not even have a room guaranteed even though you have paid and booked it!

Hair all over the bathroom, opened water bottles on the floor, just an uncomfortable experience all around.

Ice machine and water would be better. Appliances too old

Trash was everywhere outside around d the building. The room they gave us smelled like old stale smoke! There were cigarette burns throughout the floor. We left due to the filthy smell and trashy outdoors! We had to contact the manager for a refund and of course, he is always in a meeting and never called us back. We are still waiting and manager has been in meetings 24/7 We DO NOT recommend this hotel

The next morning went down for "breakfast" & a cup of coffee and a Nature Valley Granola Bar is NOT BREAKFAST. Came in late that night and guess what?? TRASH was still in the room from the previous occupant. I called again to the front desk and was assured it would be handled. Checked on "breakfast" the next morning & a cup of coffee and a granola bar is NOT BREAKFAST ! Came in late the last night there and can you guess THE TRASH FROM THE PREVIOUS OCCUPANT WAS STILL IN THE ROOM UNDER THE SINK. The next morning I went down to check out and asked if the "manager" was there and of course NO HE's NOT. She had me write down my name and number for the manager to call me. One final Checked on "breakfast" the last morning & a cup of coffee and a granola bar is NOT BREAKFAST ! It has now been FOUR DAYS and NO CALL from the "manager". I really didn't expect one since that is how they run the business. THE PHOTOS ONLINE OF THE ROOM ARE EITHER PHOTOSHOPPED OR THE MANAGER'S ROOM. I DID MEET SEVERAL MEMBERS OF FORT WORTH'S HEALTH DEPT. AT THE SHOW AND THEY ARE GOING TO SEE WHAT THEY GET OFFERED FOR BREAKFAST.

Was told twice the hotel was out of toilet paper, hotel in middle of construction zone sure it is about to close after World Cup cause heard em say how busy they were for it hope they get their toilet paper by World Cup.

when we arrived the door and windows were open to our room. our carpet was wet. the appliances were rusted and the lamp didn’t work at all. the a/c made an awful noise at random times. the linens were clean and the bathroom was clean. the bed was very hard. the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. overall it wasn’t a great experience.

Smoky room, dirty walls and appliances and very dated everything. It’s cheap… but you get what you pay for.

The location is wonderful

There are no sofas or sofa beds in ANY ROOM. I confirmed this with more than one front desk rep. This was an inconvenience because the room did not accommodate the number of people as advertised and I feel I paid a room that I was not provided.

Having a kitchen is nice. The place is old and warn, you pay for what you get. Very convenient location.
