Staff was truly exceptional. General manager and other staff were personable and made me feel at home. The type of attitude you’d expect at a 4-5 star hotel. Only one entrance in and out and located near a bridge that gets backed up during rush hour pretty bad. But for the price, everything else was fine.

The building was nice, I only stayed there one night and then stayed with a friend for the rest of my trip. Gotta do everything yourself, get new towels, take out the trash etc., so just be aware of that. Not a complaint, just didn’t know that was what was gonna happen.

Horrible customer service! Front desk staff were very rude!! I did not end up staying there because of that! I went somewhere else!

They do not let you know until you get there there’s a $150 deposit for the room. I also when booking was under the impression that we had a later check out at noon. Due to us leaving closer to 12 o clock thinking this the front desk representative was very rude and told my husband as he was loading the car with our children that she would send the police to our room etc. We were never rude to her and even apologized that we were given the wrong information. She kept being rude to the point other hotel staff had to say something to her about it. It was a simple misunderstanding. We had gotten in late and previously spoke to someone and let them know we were traveling in late for a wedding. The first front desk person was very helpful and apologized for the miscommunication and misinformation. Yet no one told us that our late checkout couldn’t be accommodated. The front desk lady the day of check out had the police waiting in the office as she purposely kept being rude and threatening that she could use them at her discretion even when no one was being rude or anything. It says a lot about the hotel if they hire people like her and they are rude just to be rude. I will not stay there again. We have another family event coming up and our family is choosing not to stay there. I think we will just pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. If they usually have to have the police on standby at checkout what is usually going on there? Pleasant staff makes a difference.

Staff was very aggressive, rude, would not let us finish a sentence or ask a question without an authoritative interject as if any type of communication was an attempt to undermine their professionalism.. just felt cold, as if scolded by a controlling overbarring parental figure. It was uncalled for. We ended up having to cancel a 3 day stay with a $150 security deposit I might add, due to unforeseen circumstances that required us to relocate to a new city… never even stepped foot in our suite, let alone touched anything inside. Hotel refused to provide a full return of our security deposit. Promised to only charge 1/3 days & forced us to continue to call for 3 days for updated on that confirmation. Final results from management at the end of a grueling tethering & upkeep on this, they chose not to allow us to recover even a penny from the entire purchase which was made less than 3hrs prior to check in. Pls just… dont. Military style dictatorship rule enforcement it’s terrible. Oh and your dogs? A nuisance rather than a welcome additional guest. Never again. Embarrassing. Hit up HOMETOWNE STUDIOS BY RED ROOF FORT MYERS instead, our previous location that spoiled us for days. We loved it there so much. You won’t regret it one bit. Truly a peaceful respite home stay <3

I was not notified of a $2.35 charge per day for linens. When I've never been charged this before. It was not disclosed to me from hotels.com. And when I paid, it said this include all your taxes and fees. When I got the hotel, I got charged in extra $10.35 and I never changed my linens. I don't feel I should have been charged. That because I don't change my linens every day. When I stay in a hotel that's generally done. As a courtesy, I believe that they should not be charged. In this two dollars and some cents a day, I find it very outrageous will not be staying there ever again.

The water for the shower was cold all 3 nights we stayed. There is no free breakfast. No blow dryers. No one at the desk, you have to call and number and they come to the front to give you rooms keys which also takes 15-20 minutes. The AC in the room doesn’t get very cold. They charge you daily for sheets and towels but you have to keep reusing the same ones. I wouldn’t stay again.

Bathroom was not as clean as the last time I was there, but it was nothing major. Room was excellent !

Not real customer service Not real customer service

They took 150$ as a deposit from me, and they just gave me back $145.74, I don't know why, it doesn't happens before
-
The manager was rude and obnoxious. We stay there a lot. Last month I had ask the manager how much bit would cost this time her replied was $66.00 a nite I asked her plus tax and she said tax was included turns out she was charging us $77.00 a nite. She lied to me

Staff was amazing and friendly. The mini kitchen was perfect for our short stay. Location was great. There really is nothing bad to say.
-
It was not fancy, but was neat, clean, and had everything you needed, or the employees got it for you! The lights went off while I was in the shower, because evidently the lights in the bathroom is on a timer.

I never stayed at a hotel that didnt give any kind of service to the customer. No towels unless you return the dirty ones back to the front desk. Also only one person was working. The front desk closes at night and noone was around til 9:00 am. So if u need something you had to call the man at his home to come give you what you need. If you want to change your sheets you had to take them off the bed and bring them down to them. Insane. No room service..no repairman to fix anything that is broken. We changed our room 3times.The first room had water pouring out the bottom of the air-conditioner. Second room the toilet wouldnt flush. The bathtub fixture came off. It goes on and on. Terrible experience.
