Excelente experiencia la atención muy buena y las instalaciones también, dude al leer algunos comentarios pero mi experiencia fue excelente asi que no duden en ir al hotel buena ubicación las instalaciones estan buenas y lo mejor el personal excelente atención yo tengo una hija de 4 patas y con ella fueron excelente

Very much enjoyed the pool. The staff was friendly and the room and facility was clean.

Location The room was subpar, the A/C unit was extremely noisy and constantly cycling. Lighting in the room and bathroom was terrible! Breakfast was very disappointing I just wanted some fresh fruit and all that was offered were greenish/brown bananas.

Location to Sanibel Island was great. The room we were in was moldy and smelled like mildew. It was obviously a known issue as the room had a dehumidifier in it … but the mold smell was overpowering.

The only thing that went well was the breakfast we received as part of the stay. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay at a La Quinta again. When we arrived, our first room was dirty and had a strong moldy smell. We went to the front desk, and the gentleman working there was polite and moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also dirty, with small dead bugs around the sink area and the same musty odor that suggested possible water damage. The hair dryer also did not work, although the front desk employee promptly replaced it. After one night, we decided to cancel the remaining six nights of our stay. The front desk associate was helpful and said she would speak with the manager when she arrived. However, when the manager came in, she completely ignored us, walked past without saying a word, and showed no concern about our complaints. We were told to contact Booking.com to process the cancellation and refund. Booking.com sent a request to the hotel, but the manager refused to cooperate, claiming they did not accept emails. Booking.com then attempted to call the hotel, but no one answered. When we asked about it, the manager gave excuses that did not match what Booking.com told us. The entire process was frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessarily difficult. The only positive part of our stay was the gentleman at the front desk who tried to help us the first night. Unfortunately, the poor condition of the rooms and the manager's rude, dismissive behavior completely overshadowed that. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had.

Had to leave night one of staying there room was disgusting black stains on bed sheets there were pieces of leaves on the bed and little bugs would not recommend this place it was disgusting

Great Pool area and breakfast. Right next to a big street without Hearing anything from it. Carpet in the room, needed to run the provides dehumidifier almost the whole day to Not have a moist smell. The outside hallways are Not very polished
