And Kristen, you had me smiling with butterflies. And Lucky the dog—what a sweetheart! I loved giving him water from my hand and spending time with him. The room was clean but the check-in process was a little bit of an issue because nobody was on the window. It was closed . After 15 minutes more or less someone came to help us.

Our room was clean and spacious. The hallways on floor 4th smells really bad like old cigarettes. It was so bad that my son started to throw up. I know is a extended stay but it should be smoke free in their rooms.

Too many rude people with this hotel and they treatedus like we were second class citizens, I don't need to find pictures of the campaign discovery Avengers line down here, speechless feet and wake up brains, do it all again summer slots. And easy get away from the whole package.com. And here we are, in our 60s, didn't feel welcome at all. Actually, they were more concerned with how much money they can make off me other than straight up told us where are you from, like we didn't belong here. Horrible place.

I liked the location and price It would have been a pleasure if extended stay wouldn’t have stolen my money and now are refusing to refund after initially refusing to accept my credit which was used for the successful up front payment to booking.com for the entire 2 night stay. Thieves

Nothing The TV didn’t work, there were dead bugs in the shower, an old used soap bar in the corner of the shower, hair all over shower and bathroom. The elevators didn’t work and all the hallway floors were very dirty. The lady at the front was nice, but that is it. Will never stay here again
