Great experience, very clean lots of extras that let you know they care

Peaceful and clean No breakfast and a little hard to get in and out

It has potential but needs to remodeled and mold removed - many customer reviews note strong chemical smell … it is a chemical cleaner or deodorizer I feel they use to cover the strong musty mold odors - on the bright side the staff at the front desk was nice. Cleaning people are rude and will mow you down with their cleaning carts without any care for you, your luggage or service dog

Like free laundry. Gym looked really nice although didn't have time to use. Kitchen area nice. Desk area nice for remote work. Only suggestion I have is a bigger and newer TV.

nothing Bed was awful, lumpy. I picked a room with a Sopha and we didn't get one. don't like to hang out on a bed. Housekeeping came in and left clean towels and never made the bed. I saw prices less expensive and showed the young man and then he shows the women on duty as well she came up with all kinds of excuses never once offer a discount even when I asked she kept say you have to take it up with booking.com. absolutely no customer service. then as she got ready to leave from her shift, she said to him in front of me GOOD LUCK WITH THIS ONE. Very unprofessional.

Fue una noche donde quedé impresionada por las condiciones de la instalación donde le doy un 10/10, el personal maravilloso, la limpieza y la calidad de todo en la instalación te dejan con deseos de regresar como lo haré en el futuro cuando regrese al área, me sentí mejor que en muchos hoteles en ciudades más lujosas o a los que se le da fama de confor y que al final resulta ser otra cosa. Recomendable 100% y yo regresaré pronto pero por más días

It the fanciest hotel, but it was clean and fresh feeling. Good value for the money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

I can not say enough about this hotel! Beautifully clean,staff was friendly and helpful and the suites are great featuring everything u need in the kitchen and dove products in the bathroom!I absolutely recommend this place!

Love the stay very clean and comfortable

We did not like the hotel, rooms, or the access to get in and out back to the main roads. The facility was definitely not as clean or as inviting as the website pictures. I told my Wife I thought we’d likely some bugs in the morning when we got up and we did. First, we were told it would cost $75.00 for 2 pets for 1-4 days. When we checked in they said no and that it would cost $30.00 each night for each dog. Rooms were not as clean as we thought they should be. And there was a cockroach in the room the next morning. Lastly, I asked if we could check out early and they said yes, but we would still have to pay the full price for each night. We checked out early anyways and paid for each night. And regarding cost, ridiculous. We checked in at the Embassy Suites nearby and paid less for the same number of nights that we did for your rooms. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. They only charged us the $75.00 for our pets for the same 2 nights and provided us with a nice breakfast buffet each morning. No comparison and you have a lot of room for some needed changes and improvements.

Kitchen I asked for handicap accessible and was told they do not have handicap accessible showers only handicap rooms with regular tub. Not convenient for the handicap that can not step over a tub. So the room was semi handicap. So change how you describe the rooms.

Pricey for a one night stay.
