Staff was great. I don’t like the fact that after 5 there’s no one on the front desk in case something happens or you need something. We had an issue by the pool; there was a group of adults with loud speakers and obnoxious music playing and taking over the only shallow parts of the pool where the kids were at. On top of that drunk and making out; and of course there was no one to complain to. Great place but to be honest not safe or family friendly if you go with your kids. Also the parking issue is not very clear when you book through hotels.com

The resort is all good. No complaints in that division. My only complaint is the added fees, that almost doubled the reservation cost. I will not reserve again there if that misleading trick remains.

Great view from our room. Easy access to the beach. Facilities were clean and well taken care of.

We have stayed here multiple times. Pool and lounge area is beautiful. We used the grills. Beautiful walk to the beach.

Traveled with 3 small kids and the fact that the walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes away is a life saver. Highly recommend.

EVERYTHING. Specifically the beach towel availability, the provision of all toiletries, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. They supplied and replenished everything. The whole resort was so clean and well maintained. I have never stayed in a better one for the price. Not one thing

They just need a better services with the pool/beach towels. There is none for more than 12 hours to replace the wet towels.
