Location The elevators were hit or miss so we had to log all of our suitcases upstairs to the third floor, and the air conditioner in the first room didn’t work properly.

Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly

Place was decent. I felt like the room could have been clean a little bit better. The lobby was clean and nice. Breakfast was decent and hot. Will recommend just again the room can use a little extra time cleaning. I know they’re turning over rooms a lot and don’t have as much time to clean them.

Clean property. Not enough towels. Kitchen light and main tv did not work on first day. On day two, maintenance corrected the problems.

Front Desk staff person was sloppy regarding room number assignment leaving us to try and enter a room with the wrong key. We had to lug all our items back downstairs to report the problem at which point the staff person thought it was funny. It was NOT! No apologies.

Since I checked in and mind you, I was there for 14 days; one of the elevators was consistently not working, and at some point, someone had gotten stuck in there for about 20 minutes. The rooms are in decent shape, I would also add the staff is not keen on making sure they’re keeping up with housekeeping unless you continually ask The breakfast was actually probably the highlight because it was pretty decent and the staff that runs it was great Also, the pool is probably still shut down even though it’s the middle of the summer Likely due because it’s not up the code Great rates for a Marriott property; but you’re getting what you pay for

The staff was excellent, the facility is very nice. My complaint is the poor water pressure in the bathroom. The flow in the sink and the shower were barely a stream. Rarely have I taken a more miserable shower. Funny thing is the pressure in the kitchenette sink was fine.

I would have appreciated knowing that the pool was closed. I would have chose a different hotel. The elevator also stopped working on Friday evening. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs after a long day. This is not my idea of a relaxing stay. Instead of the staff person apologizing about the elevator, he blamed it on the repairman. My room was clean but the outside area by the pool was unkept.

Love full kitchen, large bath and separate sitting room. Pleasant helpful staff. 2 thermostats in room. Keys didnt work 2nd day. Mold around edges of shower and sink. TV on dresser in bedroom too low to see if lying in bed. Hard to close blackout drapes completely.

I require a high standard of cleanliness and will not book a hotel that falls short of my expectations 😊 This hotel is about 20min from my house, and I book it every time I want to escape and take time to rest, and also when family is visiting. They have always meet my expectations. 🙏 will 100% recommend it.

Walls and ceiling are paper thin people jumping around until 11pm called front desk and they said they had a lot of kids in room nothing done
