Reviews
-
An amazing property and very luxurious. Next to the beach.
-
Clean room in a good location. My husband was not comfortable on the bed but it was okay for me.
-
Had the fire alarm go off at 4.30 which did make us tired for the next day which was a shame, we had to leave and come back in as the fire was on the beach and the smoke was drifting into the hotel setting the smoke alarms off. Will be back this year if we get chance. The one downside to the hotel is the food at the pool and restaurant that s not that good, we just don’t eat at the hotel and walk to other restaurants to eat.

Staff were great
-
Staying at the Ritz Carlton there is an expectation of a clean and well kept hotel. The difference is service people are outstanding. From the check in, room service, restaurant and concierge staff, make the stay worth the added cost over competing hotels.
-
Excellent Hotel and Staff. Every person was helpful and friendly- from the valets, front desk and concierge. Much Appreciated. Thank You.

Clean room, great service, nice beach view
-
Great location , clean, great service
-
The hotel itself was classic Ritz. Beautiful property, great room, attentive staff. The only negative callout is that the beach area is not private for Ritz guests so you get random people setting up next to you, listening to loud music, having family picnics, etc. There were also vendors that periodically came by offering food, drinks, etc.
-
Charged for valet when i was told it was free. Alarm in room woke us up 3 times in the middle of the night
-
Had a great time the pool bar was amazing the restaurant was so so
-
Frequent guest of the hotel. The staff is excellent.. from the Valets to the Front Desk.. to the Resturant & Bartenders. The hotel is getting slightly worn, but the service makes up for it.
-
Nothing. It was awful and they would not refund our money as the pictures were not what it looked like. Everything
-
Ocean View, spotless clean and fresh!!! Amazing! I will be back

We received an upgrade from the hotel upon check in. We were given a junior suite. My only complaint with this property was the housekeeping. I had to keep asking to get our room cleaned. You also have to request ice. There are no ice machines available. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is awesome. The valet, Blaze at the front desk, Sharon in Memories, Richard and Constantine at the pool bar all were wonderful. We would definitely come back to this hotel.
