I left my two gold Portuguese chain in my room after check out Something of sentimental value that my mom passed to me from her country of Origen When I called loss and found they told was not returned I’m 1000% I left there so who ever clean the room had to have found it So which the stuff they have working there are not to be trusted and I’m yet to hear back from the hotel

We appreciate the fact that our son and his family had a seven hour wait til their flight left for home and we asked that we bring them to the hotel with us instead of waiting in the airport and it was so nice that our room was ready and they put their luggage in our room and we were all able to lounge in the big lobby and walk to a restaurant for lunch and walk to shops. Very convenient

Third stay this summer. Love the location and accessibility to great food and drinks. Staff extremely friendly. Tower is renovated nicely and quiet.

Loved my stay at the Riverside Hotel. The team was incredibly helpful and welcoming, the hotel sits in the middle of amazing restaurants, and having the Water Taxi right outside made getting around a breeze. Highly recommend.

The hotel, staff and location are fantastic. A really nice, clean pool as well. Beware the destination charges and parking fees, as they will significantly increase the cost of your stay.

We absolutely loved our stay Riverside. We were located right in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and shopping. We had a balcony suite with a city view. We arrived before our check-in and the staff was kind enough to let us check in early. They recommended ways to get around since we didn’t have our vehicle. We will be definitely staying at Riverside again.

The property was very clean and centrally located right on Las Olas Blvd. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The hotel bars do close on the earlier side, around 10pm, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants open later across the street. Overall, the hotel was very nice and conveniently located in the heart of Las Olas Blvd.
