There's nothing wrong not to like

This hotel is in the process of being expanded. It has a natural springs pool and an amazing tree house in the back, along with covered seating. More features are being added which will make it amazing. That’s the good part. The structure is old and while ok, still needs some TLC. My room refrigerator leaked a little, and the window A/C unit temp adjustment was broken so it had to be turned off periodically when the room was frozen, and then turned back on when it was roasting. Staff were a bit hard to find at check-in, but once I found them, they were very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to revisit next year.

Would never stay again. Cigarette smell as well. Very limited parking. Its a hostel however people are living here too.

Nothing Everything. Rude people. Not clean…very dirty. People smoking weed in the middle of the night and blowing the smoke into our air conditioning unit. Under construction which wasn’t disclosed.

Friendly staff, great value, quiet private room, back patio was peaceful with nice waterfalls, friendly backyard cats and dog too! The back area was under construction, but the plans they have are exciting and it sounds like it will be an even cooler place to stay. Meanwhile, the construction noise didn't disturb my stay.

Easy parking. Chris the desk guy ( manager?) was friendly and helpful. The place is in need of sprucing up, but they are in the process of doing so and it's actually kind of a cool funky artsy place, very unique. Not your boring same old cookie cutter cheap hotel . I liked it, and Chris showed us the things he is doing to improve it and I liked his plan. In any case, the price was excellent and the bed comfy ( we were in a private room) I'd be happy to go back.

I'm trying to think about an upside, but honestly nothing come to mind after staying for 3 days there. Probably the price, because the other options in that area are more expensive. I don't like to write negative reviews, but I booked this hostel based on reviews and after staying there I'm still not sure why their score was high, so I want to maybe help other guests with their decision. We knew the hostel was very simple by their pictures, but there's more to that. We stayed in private room with shared bathroom. When we got there, we felt some perfume and I thought it was clean, but in fact there was hair everywhere. It was very hard to sleep because the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, on top of the noise outside. We didn't have courage to use the wardrobe because there was a terrible smell. The bathroom had nothing but toilet paper, and even that was lacking in the third day, as they were not replacing the used toilet papers and that's it. The staff wasn't rude but nothing special either. When we were checking out, two employees were having a fierce fight and we had to wait their fight to finish to be able to return our key card. We wouldn't stay there again and that's for sure. Less important but also worth mentioning: everything seems very old and the impression is that no investment at all is made in their hostel to keep things more or less pleasant, but that could be fine if the place was at least truly clean, instead of just spraying perfume to feel clean when the dirt is actually visible everywhere. I wish success to their business, but I hope they'll improve.

Leaving The amenities were greatly misrepresented. The front desk clerk looked and acted like he was a relapsed meth addict, with his volatile mood swings and foul, abusive language. The whole experience was like paying to visit a homeless shelter.

The ones that person I interacted with seem to be pleasant and professional. So much potential for this property and you can tell that he works hard I trying to update it. We just visited November 7th 2025. All of those beautiful areas fountains pools that you see in this pictures none of those are there right now. There is a treehouse and you can climb up to. It will give you a view from about 7 ft off the ground but when you're staring at nothing but dirt and the entire complex the view is not that great. I got a single queen bedroom it was air conditioning however it was a small window air conditioning unit that had been turned off before we arrived so it was warm in that room and took a long time for it to cool down. There was a bathroom located adjacent to our room. The bathroom was a Sherry bathroom however I never had any trouble with people in the bathroom when I needed to go. I can't tell you the water pressure in that bathroom would not be sufficient to fill up a balloon. Perhaps standing under drool would be more efficient.
