The staff experience was equally frustrating. Most team members we interacted with were unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. As a Marriott Lifetime Platinum member, I requested a late checkout, which is a benefit typically recognized when available. Instead of receiving assistance, I was told we had to leave by noon and had to go downstairs, repeatedly explain the situation, and request a manager before the late checkout was finally approved. The breakfast itself was decent, but the service staff could benefit from additional hospitality training and a more welcoming attitude toward guests. Overall, between the cleanliness issues, poor service, and lack of recognition of loyalty benefits, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from a Marriott property. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

Perfect location! Close to the RSW airport, shopping, many restaurants, and places to eat. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. I have no complaints

The place was clean and enjoyable. We only stayed for a day. I wish we had the opportunity to stay longer and check out the amenities. Would recommend.

Hotel was clean but sheets were scratchy. There was no restaurant even though it was listed on reservation. Staff was kind and helpful. Great location!

It was an excellent establishment and all of the employees were very kind and helpful. The young lady at the tiki bar was so sweet! We absolutely loved her!! The entire staff from the front desk to housekeeping staff took excellent care of our family. I would highly recommend staying here! Super plus so much shopping and dining right across the street!

I've stayed at towneplace suites before but never been to this one. All staff were very friendly and the rooms were excellent! Location is good, conveniently by a mall. Didn't go to the tiki bar or pool but looked pretty nice. Would definitely stay again!
