The staff was very friendly. Spacious and clean rooms. Located right on UTEP Campus and close access to I-10. Would stay again.

The location was walking distance from restaurants, and a 10 uber ride from the events that I attended. The pillows were horrible, The water pressure was very low, no matter what time I tried to shower the water was room temperature, even if you turned the nozel To the highest temperature. If there is no one at the front desk, you can not pay for items at the bar, you have to wait.

The hotel feels clean and welcoming once you walk into the lobby, the staff is exceptional and the room was clean and comfortable.
