Looks like the hotel was in the middle of setting up new furnishings and my room was one of the first done. Everything was done well and I had a pleasant stay.

El staff muy amables , nos proporcionaron cobijas y sábanas para el colchón del sofá -cama. El aire acondicionado falta que enfríe un poco más. La ubicación es perfecta, a los alrededores tienen negocios de comida y es fácil salir con vehículo hacia cualquier rumbo. Sin vehículo es un poco difícil moverse. Por la mañana ofrecen café de cortesía

The location, its close to all eateries, groceries and to UTEP. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable, big and safe.

Liked all of it. Got a great night's rest. Very comfy. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. Just with the rooms had a small keurig. We love to have our coffee in the room. Lol But, over all everything was great. I would stay here again. Thanks Extended America... keep up the great work. The only thing I could say is that I would have loved that the rooms be supplied with a small Keurig thats all other than that everything was great. We enjoyed our stay.

10/10 good and close to the stadium.

Great stay, clean, comfortable, a BIG relief that they respected our reservation for a very busy weekend for the city, no hassle, no threat to cancel nor to hike up prices. I'll come back to this hotel when I visit EP again, you can trust them! I'm used to hotels having a blow dryer in the bathroom but other than that, they had everything else I needed.

Not a negative but air condition or the device is next to bed a little bit to close. Staff was really helpful and assisted us with fast service even before checking in time. Very grateful since we drove out of town for BTS CONCERT for 12 hours and we're not charging 1000s per night as other places.

Positive : checked us in on the phone because we wouldn’t make it to the hotel until after the BTS concert, was there with key when we got there at 1:30. Room comfortable. The hotel honored our reservation while many other hotels in EP cancelled on people the day of the concert because they could increase cost. Thank you for that. Good people
